Balto glared at the black and white dog that made his life miserable. "Why? If you hit me on the head once, I would have only had amnesia. But I lost my mind instead."
"That was the point," Steele replied. "Can I go now?"
"Do you have to ask?" Balto demanded through gritted teeeth. "No!" He had the big malmute cornered in the forest.
"Why not?" Steele demanded.
"First, TELL ME WHERE YOU GOT YOUR "BRILLIANT" IDEA! Then, tell Jenna the truth," Balto replied.
"I was walking in the forest and saw your body. I decided to get my revenge," Steele replied. "And ARE YOU NUTS? TELL JENNA? I'd sooner jump off of a cliff!" Balto hit Steele on the head with his paw.
"How do you like it?" he demanded. Balto raced to town. Once there, he saw Jenna. Balto ran to her. "Listen to me and hear me out!" He explained his story quickly. "Do you believe me?"
"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME IN THE FIRST PLACE?!" Jenna demanded. "No. Never mind! I believe you and I WOULD HAVE BEFORE! But at least you took care of Steele."
"Ya," Balto agreed. "I'm sorry."
"It's alright," Jennna replied.
"Mom! Dad!" Aleu raced to them. "Look at Steele!" Aleu doubled over with laughter.
"EVERYONE LOVES BALTO! BALTO! BALTO! BALTO!" Steele pranced into veiw.
"Steele?" Kodi and Dusty started laughing, uncontrollably.
"You hit him hard," Jenna said.
"I didn't mean to," Balto replied. "I'm starting to miss the old Steele. This one's WAY too loud. And creepy..."
"I agree," Jenna responded. "Let's hide you. Steele's a fan now. What'll he do if he sees you?"
It was too late. "BALTO!" Steele spotted him and ran to him. "Hi! Can I have your paw print on paper?" Balto stepped back.
"Uh..." Balto took sevrel more steps back. "SORRY!" He and Jenna ran ino Jenna's house. They could hear Steele whining so Balto poked his nose out and said again, "Sorry."
