What Happened On Christmas Eve?




Introduction/CHAPTER 1-

          It was about 4:30pm when Balto said,

"Jenna, I think it's about time for me to leave to see Aleu, and bring her home for Christmas."

"Alright. Have a safe trip! I shall see you tomorrow then! Love you!"

"I love you too Jenna!" Then from that moment, Balto broke into a run. He ran as fast as he could, his paws pounding on the snowy, icy tundra. Eventually, he got tired.

 Great! Just what I need! I am so worn out, and there is still plenty of miles to cover. This is going to be harder than I thought!

Balto thought. He had already rested, and was on his way again. Meanwhile...


CHAPTER 2-


    Jenna was asleep in her home, wondering if Balto was OK. She went down the stairs to see Rosie and her mother baking cookies for Santa. Jenna grinned at the sight of her human pup happy. Then, she padded out of the dog door. She loped along the side of town, on her way to the boiler room, where there was plenty of time to be alone. Jenna shut the door without knowing who else was in the boiler room too. She lied down on a blanket. She was just about ready to fall asleep. But then, she heard a sudden clatter. She rose her head from her sleeping position, and scanned the room.

"Steele! What on earth are you doing here?"

"Well, princess, you could just say that I heard your conversation with Balto, and since he's gone, I thought, you looked a little lonely. So I've brought you company. Ready?" Steele smirked.

"Ready for what?" Jenna flinched.

"Ready to um, well you know. Just lay down quietly. I will take it from here." Jenna wasn't sure what to do, and she wished that she never came here in the first place. She didn't dare disobey this broad, huge dog. So she lay down obediantly. Steele grinned,  That's when everything got messed up. You see, Jenna didn't want this to happen. She wasn't expecting Steele to get involved. It was 7:30pm, on Christmas Eve. Balto would be back soon, and he would find out, and Alue would find out, so then Jenna's Christmas would be ruined.  Balto might never speak to her again. Jenna began to panic, as she left the boiler room, leaving behind Steele. She ran until she reached her home. Rosie saw her, and said,

"Hi Jenna! You're just in time! We are going to see Alvin and the Chipmunks tonight! Sorry that you can't come girl. Well, see ya!" Rosie left, and shut the door behind her. Jenna was scared of what might happen. She went up the stairs, and Jenna tried to curl up on her blanket. She tried to get rid of her terrible thoughts. But that didn't work out though, because her problem arrived at her house. Steele.

"Listen, Jenna, because Balto's life depends on it. You must leave him, or I'll kill him."

"But who will I have if I'm not with Balto?" Jenna knew that was a stupid question to ask, because she knew exactly what the answer would be. And she was exactly right.

"If you are not with Balto, you will have me by your side. When trouble comes, then I shall protect you. When you are in season, I shall help you with our creations." Jenna liked how he said this. She was just about to kiss him, squarely on his lips, but she looked at the clock instead. It was 8:47pm. What if Steele found Balto and Aleu and killed them both, just to get to Jenna?What if they were attacked? Jenna bagan to panic, but Steele made her feel surprisingly safe. He licked her ears. Then hemaking her feel relaxed like she was earlier. She actually enjoyed it too! Jenna didn't know how she let this happen, but she didn't care right now. All she wanted, was to feel safe and sound, like she did. Steele began grooming her chest affectionately and Jenna moaned. She felt goosebumps rise under her fur. She began grooming Steele too, and everything that was on her mind before- her affairs with Steele, Balto and Aleu's appearence- she forgot. Steele pressed his body against her, so that his chest was on her back. Jenna had felt this from Balto, but he was obviously not a natural. Steele may have been aggressive when he was angry, but he was a gentle dog when he had his way. Jenna realized she was in love with Steele. He took care of her in ways Balto never had. she felt pressure on her abdomen and felt her body tighten with Steele's. she kissed him- his mouth, his nose, his chest, nearly everything. That's when she moved her tail out of the way for Steele to do it. She felt his pressure on her lower body and she shivered with delight.
ENDING/CONCLUSION-


     Balto was running onto a rock where Aleu was standing.

"Come on Aleu! Let's go! It is getting very dark. I want to be able to see a little by the time we get home." Balto shouted.

"Alright! I'm coming Papa!" Aleu streamed down the rock, and onto the ground, and dashed after Balto.

"Your, mother is, excited to, see, you!" Balto said between pants. Aleu smiled. It was about 9:23pm when Balto could see Nome. He struggled to push himself farther on every step he took. Doing this made him almost look like a rabbit, or a snowy hare. Balto was getting farther, and farther away from Aleu. But she could manage to cover the last mile with Balto. Then, Balto let out a howl of happiness. 
  Jenna heard Balto's howl and almost forgot about Steele grooming her.

"Steele, quick! You've got to get out of here! Balto and Aleu are here in Nome!"

"So what! I don't care. Me and you have pups on our hands. Look, I won't tell Balto about this, if you leave him for me. Deal?" Steele asked. Jenna wasn't sure what to do though. Steele wouldn't tell. She would have to make her decision quick though. It was either life, or death...
