CH.2:The Knight's Child

   I could not get over the shock at all for the rest of the day.It was like one of those feelings you have been truned to stone or something.Neither Cody,dad,or Renee,mom,were home so all I had to do was...well,nothing.Being as it is Friday I had no homework or anything.I layed on the couch feeling weak & useless.Then,I thought of the 1 person I didn't want to think or hear about.

  I took out my skech book that was full of drawings: wolves,my dreams,my friends,& werewolves.Most people at my school looked amazed by my talint,but also insult my imagination.I looked up at the ceiling while my hand danced on the paper with my pencil.When I looked at the paper it showed a girl looking into the water seeing the reflection of a wolf.The girl looked just like Okami.

  I through the paper & pencil away from me in shock.What in bloody moons name was going on?!I went to the bathroom to splash cold water on my face.& then I looked in the mirror seeing a lightly taned boy.He had emerald eyes like no human.His hair was black,deep coal black,which was long enough to be tied back with a rubber band.

  Because my hair was so long,I did tied it back--which my mom would yell at me to get it cut.I truned on my favorite CD of Nickleback on extra loud to block out my thoughs as I lied on the eage of my bed.Then, i fell asleep.I dreamt I was running to someone or something.It was Okami when i got to her,I spun her around & feard myself.Her eyes were soulless,dead,& on her head were 2 wolf ears.

   The sight horrorfide me.As I tried to move away,I found out that the background was in a mist or a fog.I started to grow white fur everywhere & a tail formed.My nails grow double in size.Be for I know it she started to fall back screaming my name.I called back to her to save her life running to grab her hand.Then,as soon as I tuched her hand,I woke up sweating half to death.

   Saturday morning,I looked to the windowlike door, staring out to the silver ocean.Rain came down like hell.But unlike everyone else,I loved the rain.I disided to go to the "rain house".the rain house was like another home for me.I put on my black jacket that was waterproof & ran out the door before my parents could see me.

   When I got there I was soked to the bone.When I walked into the abanded werehouse I stoped dead in my tracks.Okami was sitting there on a high rail right in front of me.
