Dakota’s Mistakes

If I could take back the mistakes,

I have done.

I would erase them all,

Watch them all burn down like the setting sun.

But, you never gave me the chance,

To fix my sins.

All it took you to throw me out was one quick glance.

So, now I run,

As far as I can go.

I could be dead for all you know.

This huge mistake,

Is such a mess.

I can remember the taste of the blood,

But, I could care less.

I wish I go change the past,
