~Far From Home~

Balto had just herd that his pups were born,he rushed to Jenna.  Balto had gotten to his pups. "They look as pretty as you," Balto said nuzzling Jenna. "And you," Jenna pointed as she looked at Alue. Balto could tell Jenna was hungry. Balto went to Rosy and she gave Balto some food to him,Rosy didn't know abaot the pups yet,she thought Balto was hungry. "There ya go boy!" Rosy said as her father walked her away. "Come honey or you're gonna be late for your docter's apointment," her father said. Balto was almost to Jenna when he felt a tugging come from his tail. Balto turned around to see a man in a black jacket. Balto snarled as loud as he could,wich made a dog come to see what was happening. The other dog was...Steele. For Steele had been sorry for what he did to Balto,Balto bit Steele on his foreleg to have a little revenge,but not much. Steele bared his fangs and bit down as hard as he could,then Steele's body went into check. Steele had been stuck by a club,but he had never before been struck.Steele let go of the man,and limped away saying,"sorry Balto I can not carry on". The man in a black jacket put a bag over Balto's head for a half a minute,Balto passed out.

Balto woke up in a cage,starving from hunger. "wot yo catch dish time,Jackson?"(yes ment to be spelled wrong) Penrat asked,in his dingy clothes. Jackson,the man in the black jacket, replied to a "a hero,dis here mutt,".        Penrat said back to Jackson "a mot?how a mot goode?" Jackson,Balto and Penrat were  all in a spacy room. Jackson took out an axe and stuck the cage. Balto was a wake enogh now,he knew what was going on. Balto snarled again,is eyes went blood-shot. Jackson stuck the cage again,and brought the axe back up. There was enogh room for Balto to get out of the cage. Balto slipped out. Balto growled,hopping the man would be scared. Jackson said "you look like you've been though the war and back!" Balto snapped his jaws down on Penrat who tried to move,Penrat sceamed in pain. Balto let go and licked Penrat,as his way of saying sorry. Penrat didn't look at it that way,he hit Balto up side the head,slidding him across the floor. "Bit me an yo got to deal wit Spike!" Penrat shouted at the  half-breed. Balto had no mercy now,he bit Jackson's leg,and tugged with all his rage. Jackson hit Balto's tip of the tail with the axe,cutting though the skin,but not the bone. Balto yelped quickly but then circled Jackson,looking for a weak point.

Jenna was getting worried now that the pups were 1 week old now,and with out a father! Steele came with the horrible news. "Jenna,you've got to listen to me!Balto...has been...dog-napped!" Steele said with a real sob at the end. Jenna looked deep into Steele's eyes. He's telling the truth, Jenna thought. Steele spoke again,"I know who stole him!" "who?!" Jenna said with suprise. "they were my owners,they beat me,kicked me,punched me. Blamed me for all that happened in they're life!" Steele continued,"I know where they are!Follow me!" Steele said. Jenna followed Steele. with in no time at all,Steele and Jenna were there.

Balto lunged for Jackson's arm again and again but Jackson had delt with this before with Steele. Balto finnaly got a hold of Jackson's arm. Jackson hit Balto with one mighty stike of the club to his head. Balto felt a check to his body. Balto fell over struggling to get up.

"I'm going in!" Jenna said getting ready to bound in. "You can't!" Steele jumped infront of Jenna. "He's my mate,I have to go in!" and in 1 mighty bound Jenna broke the door.

one of Jenna's well-trusted friends was watching the pups.

Jackson went to Jenna to try and knock her out. Steele jumped over Jenna and attacked Jackson. Jackson took out the axe and slew Steele's belly.

For those of you that read this,there will be,I can promise you that,there WILL be a part 2 ^.^
