shrapnel, Kodi saw he was barely breathing he swam to him and clutched him in his arms saying “hang on dad” Kodi looked as some of the sailors climbed onto the stern of the Arizona to stay out of the water Kodi said “help us” one of the sailors turned around and saw Kodi and Balto floating in the water and he said “swim towards us” Kodi did as he was told the sailors pulled Kodi and the limp Balto out of the water. They laid Balto on the deck of the Arizona his blood rolled down the deck and Kodi took off his shirt and wrapped it tightly around his fathers chest to stop the bleeding.

The USS Oklahoma was hit by 2 more torpedoes as she sank into the sea the ship now had completely flipped over some of the sailors were sucked back under the ship as she flipped over and they drowned. But 325 men now lay trapped inside the hull of the Oklahoma, Lyon was in one of the Engine Rooms as the ship flipped over there was 20 men in there including Lyon. He climbed up onto a large pipe and watched as some of the men desperately tried to get a hatch door open Lyon thinks “please God I don’t want to die in here help us” Lyon could feel the water lapping up around his feet and he jumped into the water and started to help the sailors try to open the hatch.

On land the Japanese continued to attack the airfield while Jenna and Aleu made their way to the hospitals when all of a sudden a bomb fell onto a car and it explode Jenna and Aleu rushed into the Hospital and shakily grabbed medical supplies they made their way towards one of the wards and saw many men laying on beds covered in oil and others with some of their limbs missing. A Japanese plane shot its machine gun and one of the bullets went through one of the windows and struck Aleu threw the chest, Aleu made a yelp and Jenna turned around and saw her daughter drop to the floor Jenna cried “Aleu” Jenna dropped the medical supplies she held in her arms and rushed to her daughters side and cradles her in her arms and looks into her daughters eyes Aleu says “mom…” the light fades from Aleus eyes as she passes on Jenna starts to cry. She places Aleu’s lifeless body on the floor and goes to help the doctors with the wounded sailors.

The battle ends as the last of the Japanese planes leave Pearl Harbor, the attack only lasted 90 minutes and now as the water is up to Lyons chest he sees as sparks fly from above him as people try to rescue the sailors that are entombed within her Lyon says “yes were getting out of here” he climbs on top of a piece of machinery and reaches towards the opening now being cut through the hull. The room starts to flood even faster and Lyon sees his fellow sailors are swallowed up by the water Lyon sticks his paw through the small hole in the hull and feels someone grab it. Lyon says “hurry” the water swirls up around Lyons head and he feels everything stop his eyes continue to look out through the hole that has been made his heart stops as his body floats limp in the water, the sailors above the hole watch as the water gurgles out of the hole they know there is no hope for them. 32 men are rescued from the Oklahoma and 325 are not so lucky they remain entombed inside the capsized ship.

Kodi and Balto are taken off the Arizona where they got to the Hospital, Balto is rushed to the Critical Ward Jenna is there to help him get better. At the end of the day 2500 Americans are dead and about 1,100 of that are from the crew of the Arizona who have died.

The attack on Pearl Harbor makes America enter the Second World War the US fights hard against the Germans in North Africa, Italy, and they invade France on D-Day and liberate France from the Germans as the war ends in Europe the US is still fighting hard against the Japanese in the Pacific the war ends in August of 1945 when the Enola Gay drops two Atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki the Japanese surrender sometime later.

Balto survives the war and later marries Jenna and he becomes a successful business man and dies in January, Jenna dies a month later. Kodi also becomes sucessful in life and even has a family he later dies in July of 2006. Pearl Harbor today still bears the scars of battle bullet holes in the pavement of the various airfields and bullet holes in walls of buildings. The Arizona is now a memorial to those who died within her she is still leaking oil to this day the survivors say it will continue to leak oil until they all die.
