Part 1 The Love Within

Eru and Kee make their way back to the Clan Cave when all of a sudden shots ring out through the air they both fell to the ground not moving, Kee looked around and could feel his heart beating fast he looked at Eru she was bleeding out of her chest Kee made his way towards her and dragged her behind a tree to take cover. She looks into his eyes and says “good bye” Kee sees her eyes glaze over and within Kee a emotion that has lay dormant for many years starts to seep from within him. He stands there watching as her body relaxes from the life force living her he starts to cry and says “no don’t go” he stomps his paw on her chest trying to get her heart to beat. He stares into her face and says “I love you” he continues to stomp his paw on her chest and starts to get angry yells in Eru’s face “I love you Eru fight it” continues the stomping, he felt her body become limp beneath him he took her up in his arms and said “I know you can hear me Eru you must fight it” he shook her lifeless body and said “damn it Eru fight it fight it NOW” he stomped his paw on her chest she coughed.

He looked into her eyes the glaze left her eyes and everything came back into focus, Kee hugged her he could feel her heart beating within her and knew she would be ok. Eru felt someone holding her when her vision came back into focus she saw that it was Kee holding her Kee says “I love you” the impact of these words struck Eru she had no idea that her tail started to wag she felt warm and safe in his arms. Kee let go of her and says “I will never let you go” Eru looked into his eyes and saw that his love was genuine not some love that is a spur of the moment type but a love that can only come from the heart. She says “I could hear you what you were saying” Kee blushed she continues to say “I was in this dark place with only you and my body below me and a swirling white tunnel above me I felt drawn to the light but I heard you and what you were saying so I felt compelled to return” Kee blushes again Eru nuzzles him and says “I love you” he licked her back so they were in a vortex of love and emotion.

Part 2 Some Sacrifices

Some time past while Lyon and Gam were waiting for Eru and Kee Lyon replies “I cannot sit her I am going to look for them” Gam replies back “no give them some time” they wait a few minutes and they see Eru and Kee making their way towards them Lyon replies “thank you ancestors” Gam and Lyon notice that Eru is covered in blood Lyon rushes up to her saying “are you all right” she nods and says “yes I am fine thanks to Kee” Lyon looks from her then at Kee and says “what happened” Kee replies “humans but don’t worry she is safe and so am I” Lyon nods he walks away. Later that day Lyon calls a meeting of the pack Eru, Kee and Gam look at one another then at Lyon, Lyon says “we are the last of the werewolf race the Darkness Pack has been wiped out by the humans” they all look at each other the Lyon says “we must be extra careful now that we are the werewolves the humans will be wanting to find us even harder now that we are the last of our kind” they all nodded.

During the night Kee was on guard all of a sudden he heard a twig snap he ran into the cave and says “Lyon” he woke up and says “what is it Kee” Kee replies "there something moving out side" Lyon stood up and walks out of the cave he hears something coming at him from the right he jumps on it there is a shot followed by snarling then a scream and then everything is silent. Eru and Gam rush out of the cave and find Kee standing there his body illuminated by the moon light Kee says “Lyon” and walks in the general direction that he went he finds Lyon laying on the ground. Lyon looks at Kee and with a weak voice says “you must been the leader now” Kee looks at him then at his chest and notices a liquid coming out of it and Kee replies “no you will lead you, you will be fine” Lyon says “no I don’t think so my days are numbered” just then Lyons breathing stops his body relaxes they all feel Lyon leave this world like a breaking wave of strength Lyon has made the ultimate sacrifice he has given his life so that other might live.

Part 3 A New Beginning

A week has past since the death of Lyon and now the attacks by the humans have faded, Kee now is the leader of the Outcast Pack with his mate Eru. Eru had given birth to seven little werewolf pups these pups are now the future for the werewolf race to start anew. The prophecy made long ago has been fulfilled the werewolf race has suppressed the humans and now the little werewolf pups will grow and have their own pups and eventually the werewolf race will prosper as they once did.
