fixed on Cronos tail. Cronos groaned he got his tail free and moved it away, but in vain. Spirit then jumped on it and started biting it again. “Spirit!” Loresa called out again. Spirit perked her ears up than went on Cronos’s back to his head to bite his right ear.
Cronos sighed, “I’ll just take her.” Cronos carefully stood up so the pup wouldn’t fall off, because he moved she bit harder on his left ear after he stood up she went for the other ear. Cronos carefully walked up to them. He could hear Cinder laughing.
“I feel sorry for Cronos.” Cinder laughed out.
“Well you had the other two on you.” Cronos reminded him.
“Yeah, but they left, looks liker your going to bear it all the way.” Cinder remarked as he laughed.
“My saying is, It’s our pain that’s when we become who we are.” Cronos finished as he reached his mother and Loresa. Cronos turned to Loresa, “Your daughter has a strong bite.”
Cronos heard the little demon on his head answer, “Thanks, your fun!” Cronos twitched his eye, but stopped it.
“So where to?” Cinder asked, “Loresa right?” Cronos was relieved he didn’t have to ask her name. Cinder you save me so many times with out noticing.
“Where heading to hill side den.” Jenna told Cinder and Cronos.
“Alright. So how far is it?” Cronos asked, he wanted how long he had to walk perfectly with the little demon until he could and she’d probably leave.
Loresa smiled at Cronos, “Not that far about a quarter mile, up hill.” Loresa noticed Cronos had some despair in his eyes but nodded. “This way.”
Loresa lead them to an up hill cave tunnel, every time Cronos didn’t balance almost perfect, but even a little different between a little off, and a tiny more than that his ears would pay the price, for being off balance. Well she needs to have something keep her balanced. Cronos thought to him self.
Cinder was assumed on the way up the tunnel like things, he just watched Cronos he would always stop and stammer and ‘Ah’ or ‘Ow’ every time that the white wolf cub bit his ears to stay balanced. He laughed as it happened again.
“Ahh,” Cinder heard Cronos say as the wolf cub lost some balance and bit his ear. He laughed, this is rich, Cronos I never knew you where a family dog!
Jenna turned to see what Cronos kept complaining by, she giggled when she saw the cub biting his ear till she balanced her self. Cronos looked up at her. “Well Cronos imagine, do know why your father liked picking you up than having you on his head. Cronos shot his mother a look of irritation. She laughed.
“Well Cronos will be prepared for the real thing because of this.” Cinder mocked. Cronos rolled his eyes at the remark, for some reason I don’t mind her. Why is that? Cronos thought about it till the next bite from his left ear drove his thoughts away.
“Well were here.” Loresa said as the reached the top. Jenna stopped at the top it only about ten feet from an almost cliff.
“This is it?” Jenna asked.
“Yep! You can see it all!” Tiger exclaimed to Jenna.
“Hey mom? What does a Balto look like I can’t find one.” Raccoon asked.
“You should kindly ask Jenna she would know.” Loresa recommended. Raccoon whimpered but did as he was told.
“Hey Jenna, what does a Balto look like daddy likes him but I don’t see him.” Raccoon nervously asked.
Jenna wasn’t really sure how to answer the question, “I’ll tell you when I see him. K” Jenna answered the pup. She saw Raccoon dart to his mother.
Loresa came over to Jenna, “That’s the thing about Raccoon he doesn’t like asking things other than that he’s fine. Weird huh?”
“Not really. Every pup is different in their own way there’s no normal.” Jenna told Loresa. She thought about Cronos he spent most of his time by himself, when he came out or rather when had to come out his fine with others but depression came and hit him easily.
Cronos sat down on his belly he hoped for the pup to get off. The pup half bit his ear then stopped, thank you. Cronos felt more weight on his head as he saw the white pup looking at him she was upside down. “What’s your name?”
Cronos felt irritated, he was about to say it, but then she fell off his head to the ground in front of him. She groaned in pain but quickly recovered, she asked the question again. “What’s your name?”
Cronos felt like he should growl but didn’t, “Tell me your name, white pup and I shall give you mine.”
The pup excitedly answered, “My names Spirit!” the answer came fast to Cronos. The more I ask the more she won’t bite me.
Cronos sighed, “My names Cronos.” Spirit paused.
“Crownowe, no it’s Cronousy…” Spirit tried to say his name.
“Cronos, like Crow than no, than os that’s how you say it.” Cronos taught to Spirit.
“Oh, Cronos, your smart.” Spirit exclaimed, as went in the space between Cronos front paws.
“I’m not that smart, I know how to say my name.” Cronos replied to her.
“You also walk real good I barely had to bite to keep my balany nonce.” Spirit continued.
Cronos looked to his side barely? “Balance…”
“See you are smart!” Spirit exclaimed. Now I know why dad didn’t like spending time with me. Cronos thought to himself.
Spirit used her paw to tap Cronos’s chest, Cronos turned to her, “Do you hate me?” her voice was very shaky. Loresa noticed her daughter’s voice change.
Cronos was baffled by the question, “No, no. I like your Spirit, don’t even think that.” Cronos knew what she felt he was there, serial times before one fairly recent. Cronos didn’t have a real reason to like her; in his heart he liked her for some reason.
Cinder half laughed, “Hey it looks we’re going to get even, you have one I seem to have two.” Cronos turned and saw Tiger and Raccoon tried to tackle him but failed then just started biting him. “I hope your right about your saying ‘It’s in our pain that’s when we become who we are.’”
“It’s true, Cinder don’t worry.” Cronos assured his brother.
Cronos turned back to Spirit she was on her back kicking her hind legs on Cronos chest and sometimes his chin. When it hit his chin you moved it so it wouldn’t get hit again.
Jenna looked over the ridge at the mast of wolves being gathered for this war, she desperately wanted to see Balto, and She couldn’t find him. “Hey don’t bother looking for him now.” Loresa told Jenna. “Right now all you see are a lot of wolves that’s it just wait till they stop moving then you can find your mate, trust me Hectors been in enough battles, I know how to find them.”
Jenna sighed, “I hope your right.” Balto I’m sorry, so sorry.
Balto had Cygnus tell him how much time he had left he went with him to the front; Balto couldn’t believe how many wolves where on his side. But he had yet to see his opponents higher than theirs more than double, more of triple. Also twenty five percent went to guarding so more of four. How’d did I get into this. I got myself, Jenna was right I’m just a glory hound wanting more glory, like Steele.
Balto looked up and saw wolves running to them, Balto shook, “Well this is it.” Procyon stammered. “They’ll ensemble right in front of us.”
“With me to the end?” Cygnus asked everyone in general.
Arcux, turned, “I’ll be at your side even in the fires of hell.”
Atria finely made her way to the front, “There ready now, and with you guys to the end.” Balto just noticed, the order they wolves lined up, it was him on the far right, then Hector, roughly my size, than Arcux is bigger than Atria, then…he paused, Procyon had spear like sticks with him.
Balto stared at the spear like sticks but shook his head. “Hey Hector where are you in the line?” Balto asked.
Hector half closed an eye, “Ah, I don’t really remember the front I guess.” Balto shook his head. “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing I have a feeling of I have done this before that’s all.” Balto admitted. Hector nodded his head.
“Just wait, we get to talk before we fight.” Arcux interrupted them. Balto got very nervous as the wolves lined up fifty feet from them, in half an hour they all had arrived.
“Hey guys, my lady, I forgot how big is one thousand, I don’t know numbers.” Hector commented. Balto made a small laugh, Arcux swore at Hector, Procyon smiled at the note.
Cygnus looked at Hector “Just get the wolf that’s isn’t ours man.”
“I got it Eddy!” Hector called out. Balto made a smile never can take anything seriously.
Finely seven wolves started to come up to them. Balto
