Balto’s war

Chapter 1. Prelude wolfs side.
For many years the wolf packs of Tokala, Corbett, Astro, Aiden, and Orin have been at war with Aquarius, and Odyssey. Over the years only Orin has stayed and waged war with the two packs. Both sides have made many, many allies. Tokala wants to use all his power to defeat Aquarius, and Odyssey, but has no reason, and goes against the spirits ways. Now after ten years peace has been made between Orin, and Aquarius, and odyssey. The pack of Orin invited the best of both packs for celebration of the peace.
“After many years with my father gone who went to war with your great and mighty packs. We fought well, very strongly I’ve looked at Aquarius and Odyssey with anger now, as my friend.” Orin howled, to all the wolves at the celebration. All the wolves howl in agreement.
Procyon stood up wishing to speak, Orin nodded to him. “I have seen this pack as the best of the best.” Orin’s pack howled in happiness. “Now where at peace, we can hunt without wolf on the menu.” The wolves laughed. Procyon was a big wolf; he is a grey and black mix, with blazing brown eyes.
Orin stood up, “I’m glade to get it off you don’t taste good.” The wolves laughed again. “Procyon of Aquarius, and Cygnus of Odyssey. Your more than wolves, brothers to Orin!” the wolves howled out again. A wolf cried out “Come on with the speech these wolves are hungry!” Orin nodded to him. “Lets eat to bones and keep the mates happy.” The wolves howled as the great fest began to fest.
Cygnus looked, the wolf he was looking for, and he was searching for Adhara. Adhara was Aiden’s daughter he had a crush on her. She was a black wolf with dark blue eyes. Aiden pack was at the fest, Cygnus didn’t now much about the pack or how they had so many wolves but didn’t care. Cygnus; normal sized, silver eyes, and black colored fur.
He finely found Adhara really much the same, black fur but orange eyes, there she is! He hurried over to her. She was sitting away from the fest not eating. She turned to him as he came to her. “Adhara.” Cygnus said to her. She turned away, they met in a battle, and she was captured, Cygnus watched her until she was returned to Aiden, in turn for peace with Aiden. She wished that she’d be captured forever.
“Adhara?” Cygnus asked Adhara, “You all right?”
“No.” She admitted to him.
“What’s wrong? What happened?” Cygnus asked her.
“I won’t be able to see you anymore.” She cried out.
Cygnus paused not wanting to expect it. “That’s not true surely we can see each other are packs are allies after all.” Cygnus refused to expect it.
“That’s not what I mean…” She held her tears back.
Cygnus felt his heart pound hard against his chest fearing the worst. Adhara continued, “I’ve been promised to another.”
Cygnus shook he refused to believe it, “Maybe I can arrange…”
“No it is to keep an ally of ours.” She cried as she buried herself in his fur. “I don’t want to leave you.”
Cygnus felt his emotions twist and turn, he felt, hate, questioning, and love, and he felt himself starting to cry. An idea came to him, “You don’t have to…” Adhara looked into his eyes.
Procyon walked mainly talking to the warriors of the pack, he was one himself. The pack of Aquarius gave him the name of Aquarius. Procyon of Aquarius called him by than. As his best friend, Cygnus of Odyssey.
A wolf fairly big came to Procyon, “Man I’m glad we’re allies now, and I heard you the best of the best in fighting.” Procyon smiled, “Just fighting for his pack, may I know your name?”
The wolf paused, he was honored for him wanting his name, “It’s Cu’can.”
“Honored to meet you I heard from Aiden your quote ‘one who is coward yet wins.’” Cu’can laughed at the comment.
“Well I believe I would die facing you.” Cu’can admitted.
“You can never tell.” Procyon said to him, “I have question for you.”
“Oh go ahead!” Cu’can happily answered.
“Do you anything about Seen’s pack slaughter, they all where killed one night.” Procyon asked.
Cu’can paused, “I’ve been looking at that myself, but I did find out about what killed the alpha, the other bites I can’t tell.”
“What did you find Cu’can?” Procyon asked.
Cu’can sighed, he took a breath, “He was killed by a six month wolf cub’s teeth.”
“What how it that possible?” Procyon was confused, but didn’t question him; he tracked his pack all the wall back to their den once.
“This has me puzzled of how a pup could do that.” Cu’can admitted.
“Well lets not think about that, and eat till we burst shall we?” Procyon said to him.
“Great point peace is made, why think of a slaughter?” Cu’can laughed out.
“If you excuse me.” Procyon said to Cu’can. He nodded.
He walked to where he could see Cygnus an Adhara talking. I’m sorry Cygnus this must be hard saying goodbye to Adhara, but let her go. He walked to Orin.
“Oy there’s the best fighter.” Orin exclaimed, leaned next to him, “To my wolves peace is to save them from you.” Orin made a laugh.
Procyon smiled, “I guess I wanted peace from you and your wolves tell them that.”
“I’ve come to an conclusion, they say Altair is stronger than any wolf, but you’re stronger than him from what is see.” Orion said to him. “I wish we could have fought side by side.” Orion admitted.
“As I’m I, about Adhara, is she free?” Procyon asked Orion.
He looked at him curiously, “I’m sorry to say, that’s she been promised to another, may I ask why?” Orion said to him.
Procyon sighed, “Cygnus is very found of her and I hoped I could…”
“If it was up to me, she be all his by a long shot, but it’s Aiden and he is very protective I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine I know he will get over it as we all do.” Procyon sadly spoke.
In the morning the pack of Aquarius left then followed by the pack of Odyssey. Procyon walked in the middle of his group as Cygnus came to him.
“Procyon you said you would defend me from any enemy, but may I ask for you not to do this?” Cygnus asked his best friend.
Procyon laughed, “The last time you spoke to me like this you were ten weeks old and you just tripped my mother off a rock, and twisted her ankle and you thought you broke it. What have you done now?” Procyon asked him.
“I must show you something.” Cygnus told him, as he left for his pack that was following. Procyon followed. They reached his pack; Cygnus led him to the middle. There the sight made him go insane with anger.
“To Orin!” Procyon roared out. The wolves on both sides started to turn around.
“May I speak?” Cygnus asked.
“You fool! Do know what you have done!” Procyon roared as he hit him we his paw.
“I love her.” He yelled.
“You love her, you let us die for her!” Procyon hollered.
“I decided this as well.” Adhara yelled in to defend Cygnus.
“Ah, you think you know love! Where’s love for your pack do know how hard we worked for peace! You spat on all of us when you took her!” Procyon yelled with all his anger.
“I didn’t ask you fight this war.” Cygnus yelled.
Procyon spoke soft but hard, “You already have.” He yelled out, “To Aquarius!” the wolves grumbled as they switched directions so quickly.
Aiden’s den,
“Where is she!” Aiden roared to the pack, “Where I swear I’ll kill you all if you don’t tell me!”
A wolf approached, “We should cheek with Orion, maybe he might have seen her runaway.”
“Orion, we leave now!” Aiden hollered out. As he immediately left. The warriors of the pack left with him. Leaving the rest, they marched to Orin’s den. The trip was quiet.
Orion was really surprised to have Aiden march with warriors to him. “What do you want?” Orin hissed.
“Where is she? Adhara?” Aiden hissed back to Orion.
“I’ll ask my pack.
