Yukon’s new life

Yukon barked happy, when a little boy named Tim picked him out from his brothers and sisters, “bye Yukon!” “Bye” while Tim was carrying Yukon in his hands Tim said, “I’ll need to give you a name….hmm Yukon, I’ll name you Yukon!” Yukon barked so happy that he had and owner, “here we are Yukon!” the house was small, but Tim and Yukon went inside and put Yukon on the ground, he yipped and ran till bumped into a tall man, “hello there little one” Yukon took a step back a whined, “come here Yukon” Tim said softly, Yukon came to him and barked, “it’s ok Yukon, it’s Mr. Tobin a sled dog trainer”

Sled dog! Yukon barked and yipped “ok, Yukon” “Yukon is a good name!” “Thanks Mr. Tobin!” “Tim tomorrow you need to bring Yukon to the dog barn ok? “Ok Mr. Tobin” dog barn. “Come on Yukon Time for dinner then off for bed ok?” Yukon barked and ran to the kitchen; Tim looked a Yukon, “night Yukon”

THE NEXT DAY…

Yukon was bigger and stronger, “Yukon!” Yukon came outside, “good boy” “Tim” Tim ran to Mr. Tobin, “wow Yukon looks grown and built” “bye Yukon I’ll pick you up, later ok? “Come on” they walked until at last they were at the dog barn, so this is it? Yukon walked inside he saw other dogs, he saw five male huskies staring at him, he looked again and saw two females, one male husky walked toward him, he had black fur and pure white under him, and the black and white husky smiled and said, “Hi I’m Oreo, what’s your name?” “Mine is ….is Yukon,” he stammered “what are the others names?” “tangler, hunter, hawker, the two females looked and said “Sophia, and mine’s Karen, he looked at Karen’s beautiful red fur that shone in his eyes, Mr. Tobin came in “all of you met now?” he said with a griming smile, “good let’s get on with the running now” The dogs were in there running position, “go!” Yukon pushed his paws hard on the ground dashing hard; all the other dogs ran and ran, puffing for breath Yukon puffed so hard, he still kept running, “come back!” Mr. Tobin shouted,

THE NEXT DAY…. Yukon was shoved by someone, what? He opened his eyes and saw Karen, waking up him, “hi Yukon”, he got up and sat, “hey Karen” “why are you waking me?” “I just wanted to” “Karen I want to show you something” they ran down the hill, dashing together, until… “NO! Karen gasped; Yukon was on a cliff “Karen! Help” “hold on!” Yukon started slipping off, “here, Yukon!” he grabbed the stick in his jaws, “thanks Karen, you saved my life,” your welcome, Yukon” he nuzzled her, and she nuzzled him “I love you Yukon,” me too” then they headed back to home
