Domino raced on, with no doubt that this was going to be a great adventure. Christmas and the rest followed, with a mix of excitement and uneasiness. Little did Domino know that they were going to meet an unexpected ally and a foe. As Domino slowed down to rest, she caught a glimpse of a pond. “Domino!!!Don’t run so fast!” gasped Noche, out of breath. “Come on! We just ran for 4 miles!” grinned Domino, walking towards the pond. “F-f-four miles?!” Stammered  Choco, collapsing. As Domino licked up the fresh water, she just noticed that they were now in a snowy forest. While they were running, they just saw the plain tundra stretched out before them.

“Well, it seems that we have entered a forest guys.” Domino said, turning back. Apache snorted and signaled the others to take a drink. “Go find some food Domino,” he said. Domino frowned. Her brother was such a pain in the rear! But she followed her brother’s command, so she trotted deeper into the snowy forest. The sounds of her siblings faded as she traveled father away from them. Later, she came into a clearing of a cave covered in snow and decorated with stalactites. She smelled food in the cave so she went in, hoping that no one was in there. As she proceeded, she hesitated, she had caught a scent of a wolf. “Calm down…calm down…” she repeated.

Then she continued, stepping on crystals from time to time. When she saw two pathways, she lifted her head and breathed deeply. The food was in the pathway on the left. As she ran onto the pathway, the scent of wolf got stronger and stronger. Then she was relieved to see meat, dozens of it. It looked like as if something was storing it for the winter. When she walked towards it, a blur of white and black knocked her over. “What’s going on?!” Domino exclaimed, toppling head over heels. As she opened her eyes,dazed,she saw that it was a tall strong looking white male wolf. He had the most decent looking coat with some black on it, and one of his eyes had yellow in the inside and green in the pupil and the other just had a green pupil. He also had a black bushy tail.

 “What are you doing in our den stranger?!” He snarled, his claws outstretched. Domino was terrified, but tried not to show it, and she stood up, and snarled back, “I was just looking for food!” The wolf paused and looked calm, “Well, can’t you just find it elsewhere?” Domino calmed down and stood normally, tucking her tail a little. “Well, I only found you guys and I don’t think that there is another pack close by…” There was a brief silence and the wolf said, “My name is Neltro. You can stay with us for shelter.” Domino looked very happy, and she immediately ran towards her siblings to tell them to come.

At the pond, Domino spilled all the things out to her siblings, who intently listened, except for Apache. “And so, we have to go to Neltro’s den now!” Domino finished. “Okay, well then, let’s go.” Christmas cheerfully said. “No.” remarked Apache. “We don’t need some wolf pack leader’s help.” Domino couldn’t believe it! Of all the nerve…”Well, I say so, so we WILL go.” Snorted Domino.

Apache rolled his eyes, but followed his sister. When they reached the cave, Domino took the pathway to the right instead. When she reached the other side, she saw nine wolves resting. Neltro was just coming in from another entrance.

 “Welcome. I think these are your siblings?” Domino nodded and looked at the other nine wolves. “Oh, those are Qannik, Kadjav, Hyena, Sharp shot, Kanri, Seretak,Skie, Siku, and Aeryo. Domino smiled and began to talk, but a voice interrupted her. “Hey Neltro! When are we going hunting?!” A black wolf came in, he was all black, except, he had a light grey paw. “…That’s Razor…my brother.” Neltro snorted, looking embarrassed. Domino grinned, she thought Razor was kind of cool….”Hey, what have we here?” Razor asked, lifting a brow. “This is Domino, and those are her siblings.” Neltro responded, rudely. Razor looked interested in Domino. “So, um what are your sibling’s names?” he asked her. "Oh, well, the white one is Christmas, the black one is Noche, the brown one is Choco, and...the red one is..Apache...my stupid older brother..by one second..." Apache shot her a stern look.

Later, the rest of the pack woke up. "Wow...so, your'e all the way out here to find your parents?" asked Qannik. "Not just my parents, also to find out if I'm a wolf or just a dog." Domino replied. "Domino, would you care to join me on my walk throughout the woods?" Neltro asked, smiling. "Sure!" Domino replied, she got up and walked out of the cave with Neltro. As they walked, Neltro asked Domino how she got here. "Well, we just ran...hahaha.."she would reply. But, Neltro knew that there was a deep true purpose why Domino left the town, something that Domino didn't even know about.

"So, why do you not know if you are a wolf or dog?" Domino paused, and then she said, "Well, this man hit me and my siblings with a club on the head and well, I sorta got knocked out..." Neltro smirked."Heh, so you- "Wait!I heard something." Interupted Domino, being alert.She slinked toward the bushes cautiously and then a gaint wolf leaped out of the bush and snarled. Domino gasped, but stood her ground. The wolf leaped at her. Domino snarled amd leaped back. Then, that's when it all began.
