Paws stomped on the ground as five figures ran through the brush of the forest of Hene(H-e-ne). Four wolves ran after one female wolf. Her fur was tattered and blood trickled on a wound on her shoulder. Tears were being shed by the female, Ayet. "I didn't do it.." she cried, but the wolves behind her refused to listen. A black male with yellow eyes ran at her side, snapping at her leg; making more wounds on them.
She finally fled into the thick underbrush; thanks to her brown and black coat she was eaisly hidden in the shadows.

She under a small cliff, that was hidden by brush. She panted heavily, but held her breath when she heard growling above. She pressed up against the face of the cliff and stayed silent, holding her breath...

Prologue A shadey figure sat at the head of a circle. The circle was outline with wolves. They watched three females that were wrestling. Blood already painted the snow and some of the smaller females. The ones that were left were three larger ones. A seven year old name, Hinata. A five year old, Motica and her sister Ayet, who is about three years of age.

There was a bunch of snarls and rips of flesh as the three attack one another. The two sisters; Ayet and Motica looked at one another. Ayet was all black, with some grey on her muzzle. Motica was a light brown and a tanish wolf. She had a bleeding eye that was caused by one the younger females. The two sister made a temporary truce and they both attacked the old female Hinata. Ayet went after Hinata's neck as her sister pinned her.

Hinata let out yelp and ran through the circle of wolves with her tail tucked. Then, the two sisters faced off. Ayet made the first move, but was cut off when Motica grabbed her neck and throat and bit down hard. Ayet snarled managed to wrap her jaws on the side of her face, ripping the flesh on her cheek and ripping her ear. She then scratched her sister chest with her claws.

Montica wasn't one to submit easily, speacially to her younger sister. She growled and went to grab her sister leg to snap it in half, but as she lowered her neck, Ayet snatched it at her chance and pulled her over her body and slammed her hard to the ground. Her teeth on her throat and the paw on her shoulder, pressing down hard.

Motica whimpered and raised her paw to her face. "Please don't kill me." she whimpered and her tail tucked between her hind legs. As the pack saw the submission thrown on Motica they bowed their heads to their new alpha female Ayet.

Ayet got off her sister as she crawled away, but Motica was a female to hold a grudge. She had killed her other sister, Mexica when she had beaten her in one of these fights for Rank. She had taken Mexica's place as Beta female when she "surprisingly" never returned from a hunt.

The circle of wolves parted till only the black and dark brown male remained. His orange eyes layed on the female that was now going to become his next Alphaess. He stood up and she walked toward him and he began to lick her wounds. The pack stayed and watched. It was routine for the pack to know who their new true leader would be.

The male named Adolph smiled and finished grooming her coat. Ayet nuzzled her alpha and soon-to-be mate. Restack nudged her gently and he howled. The rest of the pack howled. They had their alpha pair. The pack distributed and went into their own dens for the night. Ayet and Adolph stayed. The winter was ending and spring was soon to come.

Adolph stared at his alphaess and licked her face. He then walked behind her and mounted her, soon the new generation would be born...

Month later..

A white and black pup suckled at it's mother. A male He was almost a month old, and would soon be able to eat meat. Ayet had introduced the pups to the pack and everyone was happy, all except Motica. She avoided the pups and snarled at them if they ever got close, but then was immediantly punished by her sister.

It was about twilight and the pack would go hunting soon. The pups were old enough to stay alone, but Motica was left behind.

Motica watched the pack disappear into the forest. She layed in front of the den that layed the two sleeping, very valunerable pups. She layed her head down at her paws and closed her eyes. A few minutes later she opened them and stood up. The pack wasn't supposed to be due for another 5-15 minutes. She looked around just in case and headed inside the den, her tail wisking from side to side..a snicker chuckling at her throat as she went toward the pups...

About five or six wolves were dragging a deer carcus back to the den site. Ayet was anxious to get home. Adolph went by her side and nuzzled her. "Go on ahead." he whispered to her. Ayet smiled and ran off in no time. She ran as fast as she could and as fast as her paws could carry her. She arrived at the den site and she ran straight to her den, when she saw Motica not outside the den she paniced. She stopped at the entrance. She heard gulping noises and she immedianly lurched in and grabbed a flank and yanked the female out.

She struck by horror when she saw what was inside her sister's mouth. It was Arnou, her little male. She snarled and attacked her sister, ripping into her back and side. Motica was taken off guard when she was grabbed by her flank and was not ready to take punishment so quickly. She yelped and whimpered and howled in pain as her sister, the alpha punished her for killing her pup.

No matter how much her sister cried and pleaded for her sister to stop attacking her. Or no matter how much rolled on her back exposing her belly, but it was only ripped through. Finally when Ayet was dragged away from sister and comforted did she stopped. She berried her head in Adolph's chest fur.

She sister tried to crawl away, but the guards stopped her and pinned her. She was a bloodied wreck. She looked at her sister who was trembling with sobs.

"Y--you..a-are ex-exiled from The Hene clan. Leave and n-never come back." Ayet chocked through her shuddering sobs. She looked up from Adolph's licks. "Chase her out, she steps another hair in my territory, she is to be killed on sight." she said.

The guards nodded and the chase started and they ran Motica clean out The Hene pack territory. Motica was exiled..forever..

Arou was her only son, the pup she had given birth to, she knew there were other chances she and Adolph would get, but the pain of her lost child still pained her and she nuzzled her mate as he comforted her with licks and nuzzles.

The two layed curled up next to eachother and slept soundly on that night. Nightmares still cursed Ayet's dreams. She sighed and she fell asleep.

The pack was awake early in the morning. They didn't need to hunt since they had deer yesterday. They have another three weeks till they hunt again. Ayet walked out of the den, her belly looked different from last night. She was pregnant again. The morning seemed more brighter when the rest of the pack noticed. Adolph walked over to her and licked her cheek and walked off into the forest.

Every week Adolph would leave for one to two days to remark the territory boundries.

Ayet layed down in front of her den and stared out at her pack as they went about their buisness. Some talked about what had happened last night, some talked about Motica and her murderous style, a whole other stuff too. Ayet layed her head down and closed her eyes..
