Kodi woke up seeing Kirby's face. He shook his head while trying to forget the memory of his love. He then decided to take an nice walk, maybe that would help him a lot. While walking he ignored all the dogs teasing him while laughing. He got use to it ever since his secret was revivled. His love for Kirby was the problem, but wasn't the answer to always follow your heart. He then decided to head into the alley to avoid getting picked on. While Kodi was walking he saw Kirby and he said, " Kirby? " He then closed his eyes just to see that no one was there at all. Only Kodi himself, he then just continued his walk while clearing his mind.

Kodi looked scared as Kano showed himself. The huge dog then grinned while heading closer to him. " I forgot to finish killing you, even though your father chased us away doesn't mean that we are going to listen, " he said. Kano then attacked Kodi making Kodi struggle to get out of his weight. Finally Kodi got out and ran into another direction. Just wanted to get out of the town. Why was everything happening to him, just because Kirby was gone. " If Kirby was here then he would be able to protect me, " Kodi thought while letting an tear go down his eyes.

Kodi then wished that Kirby was still here with him. Then they would be celebrating everyday their love for each other. Kodi wished that his days would never end. Maybe Kirby if he was alive would be forever with him, but wishes never happen. Kodi just sighed and just continued walking. He then saw Hank and was slowly walking away. Hank grinned and then pushed Kodi, " That is what you get for being an fag! " he said while laughing. He then decided to leave so he can round up Kano so the real fun could begin.

Kodi then had even more tears in his eyes. Losing Kirby was still very painful, he might never get over the pain. He then howled for his lover while getting teary once again. He then was thinking of Kirby even more, " I miss you my love, " he thought while walking away once more towards the outskirts of Nome. He decided to take an short nap during the day, even though it was still sunny he felt kinda tired from the pain. The pain was very hard for him and he couldn't bear it, he just wanted his heart to be ripped out.

Kodi woke up tossing and turning. The thought of Kirby dead flashed through his mind. He was very upset because the only dreams he kept dreaming was him seeing Kirby's dead body while Kano and Hank having blood in their mouth. He then shook his head once more trying to forget the images that he have been seeing each day. Finally he decided to leave the place and walk even more.

Balto still couldn't live with the fact that Kodi was different from the others. It was an embarrassment to have an son like Kodi. If only Kodi went to Dusty none of this would have never happened.

Kodi looked as his father looked away seeing something else. It seems that his own father was ignoring him. Then he saw his friends beside Balto, Kodi was in shock. " I thought you guys were my friends, how could you do this to me? " he asked while his eyes got teary. Dusty and Ralph just looked away hiding the shame that they had for Kodi. Kodi then glared at his father and said, " I thought you were my hero, but I guess that you are now an zero! " He then ran way in another direction not heading back to town. Balto being slightly worried decided to round up Jenna as well so that they could find him. Dusty and Ralph decided to come along as well, since Kodi was there friend after all.

" Yeah I wonder is he going to make the Northern Lights gay as well, " added Kano while grinning at his buddy. Balto turned and growled at the two, " I thought I chased you two out of here. " he said while getting angry. Jenna also looked angry because what they did to their son. Dusty and Ralph just stared at the entire seen.

Kodi finally stood up for himself. He didn't want to take any of this anymore. This all had to stop and he then growled at Kano and Hank while his eyes were teary. " You just don't get it. None of you know my love for my beloved Kirby. I thought everyone was meant to follow their heart. But I guess I was wrong. " Hank and Kano then laughed but were surprised as Kodi tackled the leader, Hank down grabbing his neck. " This is for Kirby, my love, " he said. Kodi finally ripped out Hank's windpipe making the gray dog limp. He then turned to the others, his eyes were like an hawk's now.

Kodi then turned to Kano and grinned. the blood was still spilling from his mouth. Kano then decided to run away but Kodi chuckled. " I guess your next on my list, Kano, I swear, I want you to say hi to your friend in hell. " he said. " KODI STOP THIS INSTANCE! " yelled Jenna while running up to him. Kodi then pushed his own mother out of the way making an angry Balto appear in the scene. " Kodi, what the hell is wrong with you? " Balto asked getting mixed emotions for his own wife and son. Kodi then jumped on Kano making an move for the neck. In a instant Kano was screaming as he turned limp. Now Kodi grinned as blood was covered in the snow.

Dusty decided to save her friend because she didn't want him to die as well. " Kodi let me grab you. " she said while going closer to him. " NEVER! I shall be happy soon, after I do one more thing. " he said. He then just smiled letting go of the rock falling to his death. " At least my love we will meet once again and live forever more. " which was his lasts words.

Balto looked down as a week passed. His son committed suicide just to be with the one he loved. Balto was now feeling guilt because if he never yelled at them none of this would have ever happened. Jenna went up to him nuzzling him. " I know that you miss him too, but we must move on. " she said as she left. Balto just looked and said, " I guess that secrets should always remained buried, never more. " He then just followed Jenna while forgetting that he ever had Kodi as an son.
