Hi, it’s me again! Saba. This is another letter I wrote to my family.

Dear Family,

            It’s Saba again. Like I said in my last letter, I’m in Ohio. I have a new family again. If you’re wondering how I got to Ohio, well this is how it goes:

                I was walking away from Nome. I was looking for some food at the butcher’s shop. I found a couple scraps of bacon just sitting there so I ate them. It was pretty filling. Then I got real thirsty, I didn’t want to eat snow, because it gives me brain freeze. So, I made my way down to the dock. There was a huge ship getting ready to go. I didn’t pay any mind to it so I went on drinking my water. I was getting ready to leave, when I saw Edwin and his family. I didn’t want them to see me so I ran onto the boat. They were calling: “Libby!!!” “Libby!!” and “C’mere Libby!!!”

  But I ignored them. When they finally passed the dock I was getting off the boat when I realized, I couldn’t see land anymore! I was sailing.

   And here I am now, with the Callihan family in Ohio. Now my name’s Tabitha Ann. Mr. Callihan works at this big skyscraper in Columbus.

   Mrs. Callihan doesn’t work, she stays at home to watch T.V. and take care of me and Collette. Collette’s a little baby.

   And there’s Cooper and Heidi. The kids. Heidi’s 13 and is getting ready to go to CJ high school downtown.

   Cooper’s 11 and goes to St. Chris.

He and Heidi always take good care of me. And they don’t smack the crap out of me like the O’Mara’s did. They can burn in heck for all I care.

Well I love you! But I’m afraid I won’t be writing anymore.
