*jaw drops* This has got to be the best fanfic I've read in a long time! it gets 5/5 stars from me! I love it!! I can tell you're a great writer, too, because I have a character named Flint, and normally if a story character shares a name with one of mine I have a hard time imagining the other person's character, but with your story, almost from the moment he was introduced, your Flint had created his own, separate image in my mind from that of my own character. I loved the plot in this one as well, and how it covered such a long period of time in one story, but still kept the feeling of the actual length of the events! Whatever you do, keep writing!!! You are going to make one heck of an author someday!

WELLDONE, WELLDONE! For the whole story, I thought it was written by the Balto people, and I was impressed . That was one of my favorite balto stories

I was saving the answer to this question for a fanfic, but I'll explain some of it here. What I have come to believe and what has worked for the storyline of my fanfics is Aniu is a spirit, but she can make herself become a real wolf for short periods of time. Remember at the end of WQ and the white wolf scene in Balto 1? I believe if Aniu as a spirit sees a need to become a real wolf for awhile, she can do that....If this explanation doesn't make sense, I will explain it more thoroughly in a fanfic I've been planning for awhile. Sorry; I've never been good at saying short, easy explanations!

Question: When you wrote Kayla's story Aniu was alive with a wolf pack. So how come she's dead in One Who Is Wolf? Or is she still alive and I misread it?
