'Turning around the tree; left. no! That'll lead me back. Run! run! run! Run faster! They'll catch me. C'mon feet, my paws... legs, help me run! I must go! Run... c'mon Angelfire run! You must escape Miaska ...run. Next right will get me out of our mountain! Run! C'mon you can run... a little faster! Almost there. I'm gonna make it.. just past the river. I'm gonna---' Angelfire thought to herself, a young fae who was escaping from her pack. She wasn't even one years old but she was in danger, otherwise her small legs paced as fast as they could carry her. With her tongue lolling out of her mouth, concentrating. Suddenly, a grizzly popped up before the river Angelfire needed to escape, it wasn't fully grown, but twice the size of Angelfire. It was a mere cub; but a ferocious one. Its sharp, dagger-like fangs showed, the cub flexed its paws. "Breakfast! Snack!" The cub yelled, trying to sound something really dangerous & vicious, this made Angelfire feel like an ant; the smallest insect upon a large world.

Meanwhile... Angelfire's father & mother, the Alpha's were standing infront of a large cave, snarling. Their fur spiked up, eyes darting back & fourth at the smell of rogue wolves, bears & the one ...she-wolf. "You can't make it pass!" Jayla, the Alpha female yells. Her voice was stern, lean & determined. "Don't you dare.. you'll pay, Miaska!" The Alpha Male, Iaka yelled next to his mate. Iaka stared out into the quiet forest, where they weren't really paying attention. Hatrid & ablaze in fire was shown inside his eyes. 'You won't get away this time, Miaska.. don't you dare think you can.' Iaka thought, his daughter; Lillian then stepped out. Her new born pup named Keanan on her back. The pup was pure black, Lillian was black with peach on her back, ears, tip of her tail & her paws. Keanan was a only pup who barely had his eyes open; two weeks old. Lillian herself was three, the Alpha's both five.

"Miaska has left?" Lillian asks aloud to her father.

"I don't know. Where did our little pup go? Where is she?! Angelfire!" Iaka yells in anger, also in intense worry.

"Shes fine." A voice booms inside Iaka's head. "Snack of a youngling Bear. With dagger claws... his parents are walking towards the youngling. It'll be the end of Angelfire, exciting, mm Iaka?" The voice belonged to Miaska. Miaska was a sandy brown wolf, she-wolf.. she wasn't an ordinary she-wolf herself, ten times the size of a large wolf, she had a power to read minds. It was almost unbelieveable there was such a thing.

"Tell me now!" Iaka screeched aloud.

Jayla, Lillian & even the young Keanan all motioned to Iaka, wondering what was the matter.

Angelfire stood, frozen infront of the cub. The cub walked closer, its mouth watering. "You look yummy... fresh meat !" The cub exclaimed in excitement. It walked closer, suddenly a loud, ferocious growl transferred throughout the small mountain area. The cub didn't seem to move at all, it wasn't surprised. Angelfire, however, was petrified. Growls of anger kept sounding out. It seemed to be getting closer... & closer. The growls were getting closer, they actually were. The ground around Angelfire & the little bear cub... the cub still wasn't scared. Two huge bears come crashing out behind a bunch of trees, a tree falls, almost landing on Angelfire. Angelfire whimpered in fear. She howled, petrified aloud.

"Shut this wolf up!" The Mother bear exclaimed, snarling. The cub jumped infront of his parents, then smiled happily.

"I want my first killing..." The cub said, walking back to Angelfire. Angelfire then had her eyes wide, staring blankly.

'I'm going to die, at the age of one...' Angelfire thought, her expression depressed. 'I wanted to help ...anyone. Someone... I can be honest, no?' Angelfire whimpered as she thought.

"Tell me NOW, Miaska! Fool!" Iaka yelled. Suddenly, he felt something missing. Miaska had lost contact with him, he heard a bleak whimpering, knowing it would be Angelfire he dashed towards the whimpering, he ran fast. His speed was incredible, Angelfire would soon inheiret it... he sped across the forest. Smelling the scent of bears. Iaka snarled, he came in sight of the three bears.

Still at the cave, Jayla & Lillian stare out. A huge she-wolf walks out, infront of Lillian.

"Young Lillian.. three now? hmm? Once you have your second batch," Miaska says pointing to Lillian's swollen stomach. "I'll take care of them.." Miaska laughed maliciously. "After all, your mate already has. Thats why he hasn't been here for a week. Come, Jakob." Miaska smiled evilly at Lillian.

A dark, lean wolf walks out. It was Jakob. But he looked horrible, Jayla was sadened by Lillians expression, Lillian felt as if her heart just died. She stood there, petrified. Lillian lost her voice, her knees trembling.

Keanan jumped off, falling to Lillian's side. His soft nose touched her fur as he whimpered ever so slightly. Jakob was a brown wolf, with white on his snout. A light brown on his hind leg.

"Jakob! You vowed your honor to this pack!" Jayla broke the awkward silence. "You... you.. b--" "Mother, shut up. Jakob is brain washed!! I'll die killing Miaska... YOU!" Lillian cut off Jayla, then pounced at Miaska. "grr.." Lillian scratched at Miaska.

Miaska placed Lillian in the grasp of Jakob, Jakob had hatrid in his eyes as he look into Lillian's. Keanan whined, staying behind Jayla.

"Miaska.. you... you won't survive this." Jayla snarled aloud. Keanan finally got terrified & took his little feet & hid in the back of the cave.

Iaka took one deep bite on the bear cub's neck, who just about slashed Angelfire's neck. Iaka instantly killed the youngling, its neck broken. This angered the parents of the cub, they both trembled towards Iaka in anger. Iaka looked at Angelfire; his eyes softer. "Run back to the cave, Angelfire.." Iaka said in a soft tone, turned his head then began to growl viciously. Angelfire nodded slowly as she began making her way to the cave, but she was too petrified to go back. She turned another way, escaping from the mountain.

"Jakob, her pups are due members are dead anyway, Bears in my command slayed them... bit to bit." Miaska laughed maliciously. "You fool, Iaka never looked within you. A gentle wolf." Miaska smirked.

"Miaska you, you know nothing !" Jayla screamed, dashing towards Miaska, her little fangs showing.

Miaska laughed, clamping her jaw around Jayla. Her whole jaw fit around Jayla''s body, Miaska then clamped down. A loud crackling noice was heard. Jayla, was instantly presummed ....dead. Keanan had been watching his eyes ablaze. The youngling ran through a back path of the cave, finding Lillian dumped to the side. Three pups... one set of twins... & one individual. They were all female. "...Mom?" Keanan ran to Lillian's side.

"Keanan, go see.." Lillian twitched at that second. "Jakob. Your father, hes fine now." Lillian forced a smile upon her face. She looked down at her pups, took them all in hand. "Keanan we must leave! Miaska wants to use them as pets, go get your friend if shes alive, Keanan!" Lillian yelled, running with three slumbering pups on her back. New born. Jakob, his normal self followed after Lillian.

"I'll stall if Miaska tries following, Lillian." Jakob smiled, & took the individual pup named Airis in htoday. Thats why we've attacked today! Fool!" Miaska yelled at Jakob, because all he was doing was keeping Lillian in place. Jakob growled then took Lillian to Miaska's lair. Miaska turned back to Jayla. "You were Alpha not because you were strong, but because Iaka loved you. Love inside the heavens will travel along within you two Alpha, Leaders of the HiddenMountain Pack... all your is jaws, gently carrying her. Airis was a pure white wolf with brown on her ears. Airis snored silently. She was the 'youngest' of the, now, four pups.

"Hurry Jakob, the forest down there." Lillian said, pointing to a forest. It was the same Angelfire ran into.

"No, theres too many wolves there. Not safe if we lure Miaska there." Jakob says taking a path, leading to a miniture forest. "Here, Lillian!" Jakob yelled with a mumble in his mouth since Airis was there.

"Ouch..." Lillian screeched. The two female twins awoke & began to cry. Being new borns, they wanted to be fed. Lillian got another pain in her stomach, finally after ten full minutes they reached the forest, no predator, no Miaska. No Jayla...

Jakob held a sleepy Airis in his jaws, Lillian following behind as they crawl into a small cave. They each sleep, Lillian happens to have another pup, one that reminded Lillian of Angelfire. "Iris... I'll name her that. Angelfire loved iris', the flower.." Lillian placed her head on her paws, with the four pups sleeping by their mothers side.

"Don't worry. Your sister can run herself out of things." Jakob exclaimed, he got excited after seeing Keanan run back with his little friend, a wolf, she was red/brown on her muzzle, tail, back. White on her right ear, then a light brown color around the rest of her body. Her name was Orca. "Orca... you're alive also.. your mother?" Jakob asked, nudging Keanan to go see his new siblings.

Orca shook her head. "I didn't see her.." Orca stumbled behind Keanan, ignoring Jakob from further questions. Orca's always been the bugger. Thinking she was fully grown & wise.
