Izayio meet Inutaisho part 2 : Inuyasha is born

 

Inutaisho had to leave Izayio at the village, so he could go defeat a terrible demon, Ryokotsei. As Izayio lay there in pain, Inutaisho was talking to his son, Sesshomaru.

"Father, why must you go?"

"Do you intend to stop me, Sesshomaru?"

"I will not stand in your way. But before you go, you must intrust the swords Sounga and the Tetsaiga to me."

"And if I don't, will you kill me? Your own father?. Ah. Do you desire power so much. Why do you seek power my son?"

"The path I walk is of Supreme conquest, and power will show me the way."

"Supreme conquest. Tell me Sesshomaru. Do you have someone to protect?"

"Protect? The answer is no. I Sesshomaru have no need of such."

After he answered his question, Inutaisho transformed into his Demon form. And flew off. Back at the village, Takemaru found out that Izayio was somewhere in the village. He also found out that she was in labor. How dare she. She leaves me for a demon! I will kill her and her unborn puppies and then kill the demon. He vowed that. The wolf that Inutaisho ordered to keep watch over Izayio saw Takemaru coming.

"I implore you master Takemaru, the female is in labor!"

"She will birth puppies fathered by a demon."

"The birthing room is forbidden to males! Lord Takemaru!"

Izayio was in a great deal of pain. "My dearest."

Inutaisho was now on the ground running. He had a companion now. It was Myoga, a flea.

"Master please don't be so rash. Please reconsider my lord, your wounds from your fight with Ryokotsei are not yet healed."

"That doesn't matter. I cannot afford to lose her. Besides, I am not long for this world."

"Master!"

Takemaru was now in the birthing room. Izayio could tell she was not alone.

"Who is it?"

"It is I, Takemaru."

"Takemaru. Oh thankgoodness you've arrived. Gather the wolves standing guard outside and leave the grounds at once. I fear there is no one strong enough to challenge him."

"My lady. If you have not noticed, I have always had a deep connection to you. Even though now I see full well that your heart has been captured by a demon." He then stabbed Izayio through the heart or chest. "My feelings for you will never change." Izayio looked outside right before she died she heard a demon growling in the distance. She already knew who it was. Inutaisho. As he growled, he thought Izayio, I'm coming for you! Few moments after Takemaru left he heard a puppy cry. Also he heard a loud crash in the front. Inutaisho had shown up. Inutaisho knew that he had to get through the guards first. He drew one of his swords and yelled "Wind Scar!" And after some swings from the tetsaiga, he finally got through the guards. As he entered the village he was calling "Izayio! Izayio!"

"You've finally arrived demon. A little late though."

"What!?"

"Lady Izayio is beyond your reach now. I dispatched her myself."

"Damn you fool!" They both ran at each other and Inutaisho sliced off Takemaru's left arm.

"Set the mansion a fire! With that demon and everyone inside. Burn it to the ground!"

Inutaisho found his way to the room thanks to the puppy cry.

"Izayio! Izayio!" He withdrew Tetsaiga and drew a different sword.

"Carry out my will, Tensaiga (the sword Sesshomaru has, for those who do not know)." And Izayio came back to life. Inutaisho who cared deeply for Izayio placed a red cloth ontop of her (the cloth of the fire rat). As he stood, he saw Takemaru had shown back up.

"I have no regrets fighting you to the death. Let us both journey together into the netherworld."

"Live long."

"My dearest."

After a few tense moments, Inutaisho finally said the puppies name.

"Inuyasha."

"What is that?" Takemaru had no idea that was a name.

"The pups name. The pups shall be called Inuyasha."

"Inuyasha." She looked down at her son.

"Now GO!"

"Yes."

Once she was a good deal away, she stopped and saw that Inutaisho and Takemaru were engulfed in flames and the mansion went down burning. She heard his last words though "Izayio you must live on. Live a long life. Live a long life with Inuyasha."

Remembering that she had Inuyasha, she looked at him. He was still crying. She pictured him in the future, that he would be a deadly half-demon, that would not just kill but have a family. Miles away, Aniu had just given birth to Aloe, Kemo, Anyu, and Balto.
