A small family walked through the blissful town of Nome. The bright sunlight of the day reflected off the blanket of snow on the ground to create a nearly blinding white glow on the ground. The father a tall mustachioed man walked in front, his wife a short beautiful woman walked slightly behind him. Her thickly gloved hand clasped tightly to a small girl. The mother had dark brown and short hair which was barely shoulder length, while the father had bright red hair exactly matching that of his young daughter's. The entire handsome family was clad in thick clothing to warm them in the Alaskan cold. The small pack was trailed by a Husky, she was female, and a beautiful one at that. She was relatively small and especially slender for a husky even under her thick coat of fur.

Jenna a young and pretty femal husky followed closely behind her girl. She looked around and with excitement studied the new surroundings of Nome. She turned her head and noticed to other female dogs to her left walking along side a small group of humans. " Hello there " one of the males said to her owner's father. " You are the jones family, correct? " the same human said. " Yes, I am John, this is my wife Donna, and our little girl Rosie " he said as he picked Rosie up into his arms. " Go on Jenna explore the town a bit, just don't go too far " Donna said. She trotted of over to the females next to the humans. A tall an skinny afghan hound and a short and stubby Pomeranian stood to greet her. " Hi there you must be the new dog in town" the Pomeranian in a high and squeaky voice said. " I'm Dixie " " I'm Sylvie" the hound said. " Hi Dixie, Sylvie, I'm Jenna " .

Above on a rooftop of a third story building a large canine sat in a state of deep thought. His body was surprisingly large for a dog, his chest was large his legs excessively thick and he bore oversized paws. His thick neck fur along with His entire body was deep black, only his legs underbelly and small area on his muzzle was any color other than black. Those areas were bright white and strangely clean. His thought process was broken when he heard light voices speaking beneath him. He sat up to see who was speaking as he stood it became obvious that his height was almost double that of a normal dog. He silently walked to the edge and peered over the edge and as he looked down he was astonished by what he had seen. Three females stood below, two he saw often during his times on the rooftops. One however he had never seen, nor had he seen anything quite as beautiful. He watched as the three females walked through the alleyway to the adjacent road.
Her view.
Jenna followed Dixie and Sylvie through the alley which quickly opened into a large road she saw a small amount of people walking around the road. She also saw several dogs freely roaming aound the town. " So Jenna there are a few things you need to know about Nome " Sylvie said. " What's that " " Well you see those guys over there " she pointed her nose towards four male dogs. One was large about as big as a husky can bee and had black fur, standing next to him was a yellow chinook with a dark brown eye, and a brown chow-chow with a stubby body. Below all of them was an especially short and scrawny husky with a strange grey-ish coloration. " That's Steele, Nikki, Kal, and Star. They are some of the greatest sled dogs in all of Nome " " okay " Jenna said back to the hound. " And here's something very important that you need to know " " What " . " Never go out alone at night, and never go near that old boat outside of town ". " what boat ? " " That wooden one off in the distance ". She squinted and saw an entirely overturned boat at least mile outside of the town's edge." Oh I see it, but why shouldn't I do near it " " Because that's where the demon lives ". " What's the demon? " " The demon of Nome, you've never heard of it " " No ". " It's one great story even better it's true" " Can I hear it ? ". " Yeah tonight at the boiler room, but for now let's go meat everyone in town ".

Part 2
Most of the canine residents of Nome gathered in the boiler room for socialization. Among the group were the three females still together from earlier. Sylvie and Dixie had accomplished their goal of getting Jenna acquainted with the dogs of Nome. They had done this especially well with the males of the species. " Okay Sylvie now that I know everyone I would really like to hear that legend ". " Jenna, for the last time it's knot a legend. Everything you're about to hear is 100% true ". " Alright just tell it " " okay, okay " she replied.
The story of the Demon.
In the year 1919 he was born. A male husky became the mate to a white wolf. Their litter was divided, some were more husky than wolf, some were more wolf than husky. But there was one, one who accepted the exact same amount of wolf nag dog. This equivalency created something horrid. A towering monstrous animal bearing red eyes, killer claws, and razor fangs which would wonder the wild in search of a place in which he could belong. However, with his siblings, they accepted either domestication or the life of a primal wild thing, but he was tremendously confused and could not make that distinction.
One day his confusion consumed his mind and he went into a blind rade. He killed all he saw and those he saw were his siblings and parents. When his anger receded he was left in the epicenter of the lifeless bodies and gore that was the remnants of his family. He left his cave and set his sights on a new one, a small town in the Alaskan snow, that town was Nome.
His view.
Above the warm boiler in the rafters the black dog was perched. His golden eyes glowed in the light of the fire below. He sat, staring down at the group listening to their words. As the tall afghan continued to speak the lies he found himself becoming angered. He let out a faint growl, and spoke in a deep and graveled voice. " Damn them and their lies, I did nothing of the sort. I've hurt no one, I didn't kill them ". He walked to the empty window level with him, as he left he heard the afghan continue.
