Someone

Her family holds her, waiting.

But even as they’re with her,

they know she’s fading…away.

And the chains that bind her to earth

are slipping; those chains are breaking.

If only there was someone

who could save her from the fall,

who would love her while she loved them,

who would answer her desperate call.

He hides from things he can’t control,

but they still find him, torture him.

He knows he must be fading…away.

And he feels like he is falling back

away from white and into gray.

If only there was someone

who could save him from the fall,

who would love him while he loves them,

who would answer his desperate call.

He listens and hears a passionate cry;

she calls and does the same.

And they see each other

and run to each other

and she knows he can save her.

He saves her and she loves him;

their mutual feeling is love and gratitude,

and they know it will last for eternity.

She sees her family and smiles

for she knows she’s there to stay.

And she says it was all because of him,

how he kept her from drifting away.

And he goes to her when he needs someone

—life takes him down and she lifts him up.

And he loves her because she saved him

and they share that mutual bond.

They each found the someone

who would save them from their falls,

who would love them for love in return,

who they knew would answer their call.

An interesting poem. It's hard to decipher whether the "she" is Rosie or Jenna in some verses (I'm leaning towards Jenna). But either way it's good.
