            “For the last time stop calling me that. Just call me Aleu. Were both Alphas so you don’t need to address me like that..”

            “Well,… thank you….. Aleu.” I smiled at him and walked away, since he wanted to be alone. “But…” I turned around and looked at him. “did you.. still want to listen to my song?” I became so happy and ran back towards him.

            “OKAY!” I was so nervous.

            “Alright then.” he cleared his throat and began.

            “Sorry, I- I just got choked up right now….”

            “Th-that’s alright. So it’s about me?” He got really nervous.

            “Y-yes it is.”

            “It’s beautiful.”

            “Thank you.” he and I then looked in to each others eyes. “You’re eyes are a lovely shade of blue.”

            “And yours have such a wonderful shade of green.” And with out noticing he and I touched paws and noses. He backed away but I continued to move forward. he knew he was trapped and had no other choice, so he moved forward also. And right as soon as we were about to kiss, something came out of the bushes.

Sect 5:Kodi’s story

“GET YOUR PAWS OFF MY SISTER!” I pounced at that damn mutant wolf and planned to slash and bite him to bits. But he spun into a ball and dashed out of the way. “WOW! He’s fast, what was that? He just turned into a ball and spun off.” I turned around and saw him behind me.

            “That was a spin dash. The best offense/defense combat move. Now here’s a homing attack.” He jumped up into the air and like a dart zapped right towards me.

            “HEY WATCH IT!” I commanded him.

            “STOP!” Aleu yelled at us. “Don’t fight, look Kodi, this Apaulo he guards this island, and he hasn’t done any harm to me, in fact he’s made me very welcome here.”

            “Then what was with the mushy stuff that was going on?” Man was I frustrated.

            “I…. guess I’m that comfortable here…..” Aleu said nervously.

            “Man Aleu, are you that gullible? Isn’t this the same guy that trampled you when we first arrived here?”

            “He’s changed! Be civil with him and he won’t do you any harm.”

            “Fine….. um…. hey….” I said to him.

            “Greetings” he said “and um sorry about the attack I made on you guys when you came here.” He was…… apologizing? I saw that maybe he did change. After a few moments of explaining and conversing he turned out to be a really reasonable and caring guy.

            “Yeah, I’m sorry too. If there is anything I can do make up for all those things I said about you….” I tried to make up for the things I said to him, like ‘you don’t care’ or ‘he is using you.’

            “No there’s nothing, but your sister has told me a lot about you, and……..” He was hesitating to say something. “if you would like to stay here that’s fine.” I was amazed, first he let my sister stay here and now me, heh, sooner or later this place is gonna be a resort hotel.

            “Well it is pretty late, and it is a Saturday night….. Thanks.” He nodded and turned around and walked up the stone altar thing in the middle of the clearing we were in.

Sect 6:Apaulo’s story

            So this is what it’s like to have friends. And that mixture of feelings I had when I saw Aleu for the first time, I now know what it is. Love. I like the feeling, it makes me so complete. And now I have a new friend. I never thought I’d say this but I’m glad I’m not Alone.
