It has been 2 years scince Razorwind had to disband. Now it was just Matsuko and Kaji, The Alphas. Venice, The assasin. Whisper,Shuichi,Matsune,Shikoba and Fiasco, Matsukos remaining children. Galent, Matsuko's brother and second in command and his mate Selene. and Seminole, hunter and whispers mate.

  The wolves that had stayed after the disbanding had died due to the rough winter and low amount of food. Ontop of that today was the day the pack had to renew their boarders.

" Galent,Whisper,Kaji come with me." Ordered Matsuko. She chose the ones with the strongest scent. The four of them set off to renew their border. It did'nt take long until Matsuko sensed something in the air.

" What's that?" she whispered to Kaji, her mate.

" what's What?" he asked her.

"Sniff!"

Kaji did as his mate told him. A upset and angered look showed upon his face.

" Did ya smell it?"asked Matsuko.

" Yeah, a rouge pack, their not big but.." he sniffed again" Uh,it smells like their being led by a dog..?"

"What was that???!!!" Yelped whisper. Matsukos orange and black daughter.

"Quiet!" Demanded Galent.

The air became dead silent. But then a blood curdleing scream rippled through the air. Tithout a thought Matsuko bolted to the noise. She was horrified at what she saw. Her friend and relitive Tayka was dead. She had been mauled. Matsuko forced back tears of a lost friend and family member. Not far from the mauled body was Samira and Neptune's den. Samira was Matsukos Biological mothers best friend and pack member. Matsuko had told Kaji and the others to stay behind and that she'd howl if anything was wrong. Matsuko gulped and braced herself before going up to the den.

The words "Please be okay" kept replaying in her mind. Suddenly she heard a soft weeping sound. Matsuko still held her breath. When she got to the den a grey fae with a silver dorsal stripe and brown marks tackled her.Matsuko didnt retaliate. It was samira. And on top of it she was crying.

"n-n-n-Neptune, he-hes g-gone!" she yelped.

Matsuko looked to the side to see Neptune dead. She sat up and comforted her friend

Samira was trebling hard and was not takeing the death of her mate well at all. Matsuko howled a long howl to signal for her group to come. Moments later they were there. "W-w-whats going on everyone alright?!" Panted Kaji who was the first to arrive.Whisper and Galent were the last to show up. Whisper scented the air. " What happened theres blood everywhere!?" Said Galent. Samira looked at Galent,Whisper and Kaji. She drew a shakey breath. " Neptune died....." She pause and sniffled." How'd he die?" Asked Matsuko gently. " Hon lets not push it. First of all lets give Neptune the proper burial and clean up around here. Whisper and Galent go back to the pack and aware them of what happened. Said Kaji.

 As Ordered Whisper and her uncle Galent Ran back to the pack at break neack speed. Meanwhile Matsuko and Kaji helped Samira Bury her mate.

Now in the razorwind pack there was a burial technique designed to keep the corpse from being dug up. First they laid pine branches in the hole*10 ft deep*. Then they lay the body. Then more Branches and then oak leaves. Twigs and sticks on top of that then 2 ft of dirt. Riverstones and more dirt. 2 logs and the last layer of dirt.

By the time the body was buried it was pitch black out. Samira layed blue river stones in the shape of a cresetent on Neptunes grave.She kissed the stone in the middle and a tear rolled off her cheek. The three headed back to the pack.

In the morning the questions begun.

"Now Samira I have to ask for the problem to be solved." Said Matsuko to Samira." Did you see what happened?" Asked Matsuko gravely.

Samira nodded." It was a rival ambush. The leader was a tan and cream female with teal eyes and dark ears. She had a bit of a dog like scent to her though."

' Dog like scent'. Thought Matsuko remembering the strange scent when the group was renewing the border.

"Go on." Said matsuko" Tell me everything."

Samira nodded again" Well Neptune and I were napping and-" She gasped" Oh great Aniu my kids!" She shrieked. Matsuko and Samira Bolted out. " Their at Taiyas place." Said Samira. Matsuko ran ahead. When they reached the den of Taiya and her mate Ankrai matsuko let out a relived breath. all 5 pups were fine. Ankrai, Taiya pups All of you are required to come to the main den immediatly.Samira had headed back to the den when Matsuko went ahead.

  When Samira saw her pups appear shegathered all of them up covering them with kisses and licks. Bayra,Linara,Trisko,Abhita and Kiden Were all there.

" Momma whats wrong?" Asked a light brown and grey pup. This was Samiras daught Kiden.

The pups were now 6 months old." Pups you are all old enough to know but last night your father was killed by a rouge female wolf.

"No daddy!" Yelped Linara a grey and brown fae pup.

"Whats gonna happen now?" Asked a white and brown male pup, Trisko

"Abhita and Bayra you are to go to your elder siblings and let them know what happened. Abhita go to Shuichi and Akriti. Bayra go to Adesh and Kioni. Now go!" Order Samira.

The two traveled into the territory together but halfway through they split apart due to the rank dens being spread out.

Bayra was just about to make it in to the Alpha den when she was stopped. " No entry." said the gaurd." Yes entry. My name is Bayra I am daughter of Neptune and Samira of Razorwind and my elder brother is adesh."  She snapped."No en-"The male got cut off by a large grey male with a brown mask and a light grey back." Entry allowed." Said the large male." Adesh here what can I do you for?" he said." I'm your younger sister Bayra and well I have terrible news." she said to him." Fother was murdered."
