collar. I nearly passed out from the pain. He turning a rifle on me. "BITE ME THEN, DOG!" I said. I could barley hear. I began to become limp. He slung me to a tree and tied me up. He pinned the other dogs in a fence. I knew he would come back in a few hours to..finnish me off. I passed out in the snow. I didn't want to give up, I just was becomming paralyzed.

     Finally I passed out. A large white wolf with gold eyes starred down at me. I looked up. I could tell she was mad at me because of my wolf blood and I was here. She howled and a vesion of the wilderness came into my mind. I missed it so. I was starting to cry. I looked up at her. "I'm dead, right?"  She just looked down at me. She was so much taller than me. I stood up tall. "I'm still alive until I say I'm finnished here." I said. I threw back my head and howled loud and strong. The white wolf howled with me.

    I woke up from a pain in my neck. "HHRRRKKKKKCCHHHH" a sound came from the chains. Suddenly my sholders were relived of the burden. The chain was gone. A nother dog nugded me under my chin. "Get up." It damanded. I shakily stood. "Your strong, get up." It was so dark I couldn't make him out, but the voise wasn't familar. "Your a wolf...go into the woods..Your free." He said. I stood up. "Who are you?" I asked. "I'm not important, just another of your kind passing through." He responded. "I'll take you to a safe place, but then I must go." He said. I nodded. "I'll take anything you've got. Just get me out of here." I said to the stranger.
