Jasmine almost fainted. Ethal was standing right there, and he knew she was shocked. "You thought I was broken, Jasmine! I did love you, but you chose HIM over me! Now, you mean nothing to me! I have somebody else to love me, and I love her. That doesn't mean that you didn't hurt me! I was heartbroken, and very hurt. But then I met Hikari. She didn't let me down. In fact, she is expecting my pups!" Jasmine, looked sadly at him. "Look at what you have become. You were such a sweet wolf when I first met you. But you let your anger get the best of you, and you've become a monster! I love Jautri, and nobody can take that away from me. Ethal, you could have stayed in our pack and still have a happy life." Ethal growled, "And see you with that mutt everyday? Never! I started my own pack to be a ruler with my mate! Destroying your pack is just an extra! I will kill you and your pack of mutts!" All of a sudden, Ethal sprang in the air, planning to land on Jasmine neck. But then, Jautri jumped in front of Jasmine, and saved her from Ethal's death blow. Jautri fell to the ground,but got back up, "Don't touch her. You're fight is with me! If you do as much as touch her, I'll rip out your heart!" But Ethal was not afraid. "Are you seriously going to fight our pack? I already know that you have less members then us. We can take you down easily. But not now. I will give you five days to prepare yourselves for battle. We meet here at sunset in five days. And also, if you don't come, we'll come straight into your camp." With that, Ethal, Hikari and the rest of their pack, ran deeper into the woods. 

Jasmine and Radulf came back into camp with Jautri leaning on them, bleeding heavily. Jasmine started to cry, "What are we going to do? It's all my fault. He took the blow to protect me! We don't have a healer in the pack! What are we going to do?" Radulf looked at her gently, "It will be okay, Jasmine. I will travel to another pack that I know lives nearby. Their pup-sitter, Shoji, was a healer in her previous pack. I think she still has some knowledge of herbs." Jasmine looked at Radulf, "Thank you, Radulf. But I can't ask you to go alone. I'll ask Crystal Dawn to go with you." Jasmine threw back her head and let out a beautiful howl. A few seconds later, Crystal Dawn howleed back. Jasmine turned to Radulf. "Go meet her. Tell her everything that happended and that I need her to help you look for Shojji." Radulf nodded, and with one last glane at the great Jautri, he ran off.

Jasmine watched Radulf run into the forest, for Jautri. Radulf must really respect him if he was willing to go all the way to Shojji's territory for a few herbs. It's worth it, Jasmine thought. She was very worried about Jautri. Ethal had very unusual teeth, and they were dangerous. If Ethal had landed on her neck and bitten her, she would have been killed. Jasmine knew that she had badly hurt Ethal, and that he had really loved her, but he had a mate now, and he should just live his life happily with her. She knew that if she had chosen Ethal this never would have happened, but she had something special with Jautri, something that could not be broken. But is would be broken if Radulf and Crystal Dawn didn't get back in time. Jasmine started to cry, walked over to Jautri, and started licking his wound. "Don't worry my love. I won't let you die here. I promise."

Crystal Dawn ran on, to meet Jasmine. It must be important if Jasmine called me at this time of day, she thought. She ran a bit longer when she ran into Radulf, "What are you ding here? Did Jasmine send you?" Radulf nodded, "Yes. Something terrible as happened and we need your help." Radulf told Crystal Dawn, and when the story was over, Crystal Dawn was shocked. "Ethal! How could he? He was such a sweet wolf. And he really loved Jasmine you know. " Radulf nodded sadly, "Yes, I know. Look, we have to find Shojji. Jautri's life depends on it. We have to hurry!" Radulf nodded sadly, and  Crystal Dan took off, towards Shojji's territory, with Radulf close behind her. Shojji wasn't a leader, and she didn't want to be, and Radulf knew that, so she shouldn't be to aggresive towards them. Then kept unning, until they neared Shojji's territory. When they entered, the wolf and the dog slowed down. If they ran, the wind would carry their scent all over the territory. Radulf stopped, "I know Shojji's scent. When I was a pup I got lost in their territory, and she saved me before her packmates found me. And you must be patient, because she can be shy. I think I can see her den." They crept forward when they suddenly heard a voice. "Who are you?"

Sirinia's small hunting party continued tracking their prey. Then suddenly, Rhoscoe stopped in his path. Immediatly, Holly rushed over to him, "What's wrong, Rhoscoe? Are you hurt?" Rhosoce shook his head, "No, I'm fine Holly. But I smell blood. It's not good." Sirinia sniffed the air, "You're right. We should head back. Ryan, find Hazayata and Cam and tell them to come back to camp." Ryan nodded and rushed into the bushes. The little group headed back.
