Daemons. The one thing the human world does not have...What is a daemon to be exsact? A daemon is your animal soul that is at your side every moment you live. It isnt a pet, its your soul, personality and half your mind inside it. Your daemon takes form of any animal depending on your personality. Further more, if you were gentle kind loving and shy, your daemon may be a cat, rabbit or whatever animal fits you. When you are born, you meet your daemon in person...allowing you to create a bond that holds you both together forever. This bond is is so strong it is impossible to break apart. You and your daemon also create what is called a nerve bond wich means whatever happens to the daemon, happens to you. If your daemon got hurt, poked, cut, suffocated, ect, you would feel the same pain. The same happens if you try to break away from eachother. The pain is badly excrutiating, as if you were tearing away from your mind. If you lose your daemon, however, you become lost, midless and dont remember as much. This bond between the two is created by dust. Tiny particles that make up the both of you and your personal apperance. When the human world was taught about this, they thought it was nonsense and that is how they became the midless people they are, runing there world, having violence and all. But it was only one person whom belived this, but she belived they exsisted somewhere else. This young adult was named Nikki Blacknest. And she grew up learing about them, and she belived every single word. But what she didnt get was...how come she never met her daemon? and how come she could not see it? You see, for a daemon to be visible is making it very vunerable, and at high risk. But Nikki never knew that. She knew she had to find it, sh edidnt want to be mindless and thought of stupid. Her father was the one whom taught her about this subject. But her mother was never there to finish the secret...before she died. And her father was taken by Warriors, to learn about daemons. "Remember my love, your daemon is with you no matter what, as long as you belive it is there." Her dad had spoke to her the night before he dissapeard. Nikki was almost taken too, knowing that she knew more about daemons. But she escaped and got lost in a forest, and learned to live in the darkness and fog that surrounded her. But for an odd reason she never felt scared, and that is how reader, she knew her daemon was there gaurding her the whole time. She learned to survive her dark home and never leave it, for this is where she belonged. She soon found out the the forest in wich she lived was called Dagwood from a carving she found on a tree. "Dagwood, what a name for such a strange place..." she whispered. She crossed the entrance where she found a choker lying on the ground. It was a black  and on it there was a golden orange heart attached to it. "hmm what is this doing here? Well i most certainly do like it.." she put it around her neck and soon she saw a wild cat about four feet big, and wild untamed fur. His wild hazel honey eyes glanced at her, and he smiled showing his feline cat teeth. "Nikki Blacknest i assume?" he guessed. "y..yes, and who who are you?" she asked. "Nikki my dear i am Brackenthorn, your daemon....and i have been with you since you came into this world." He explained. "Brackenthorn? I had a dream, and i remember hearing the name, and i always felt you were real." she smiled petting his head. "Yes i am real, and you to child, are my daemon. Welcome to the world in wich know one was ever, allowed to see."

Nikki was marvelled at the sight, immortals roamed the land along with there daemons and garudians. This land was not earth, or was it? No, but you must remember reader, there world is hidden deep, deep forest in wich no one has ever set foot in. "This is so amazing! You mean to tell me your world was never discovered by humans?" Nikki gasped looking at the sky wich held three moons and the stars that looked alot like the milky way. "Not at all, and we never let humans cross. We want them out, unless they are daemons." Brackenthorn told her. "Why dont you want the humans?" she asked stopping and facing him. "Beacuse, of how they treat there own human civilization. and animals, why would we want that curelty here?" and he walked on. He is right....she thought. They came across a bridge that led into a castle chamber, wich was soon filled with immortal humans and Wolf daemons. But these werent your ordanariy wolves, they had armor and were about 6 foot big. "where are we?" Nikki whispered to Brackenthorn. "In the gaurdians chamber, this is where all the gaurdians of the the world lie, watching over both the humans and immortals." Nikki looked at the cat eyed wolves and long white fangs and demonic wings. She didnt fear them, but respected them. "If they watch over the humans, cant they see them?" she asked. "No, the are very high above the clouds and they scan the earth to make sure no one is near our world, if they are they warn us all." Brackenthorn finished comming to the leader whom sat in his throne. "Good evening Benjamin, i have found my daemon, and i know she is my daemon....she is the daughter of Adolphus". Brackenthorn Bowed. Benjamin got up and sauntered towards them both. "Adolphus? The Gaurdian of northern Dagwood?" He asked Bracken thorn. Nikki exsamined Benjamin, black haired and light skinned, she could tell be his meanicng apperance why he was a king. However, he wasnt mean at all, even though his dark blood red eyes seemed evil. "Yes sir, ask her." Brackenthorn looked at Nikki. Hearing her fathers name, she glanced at Benjamin. Benjamin could see her resemblance between them, but he just wanted to see how much she knew. "My dear sweet Nikki, prove to me that you are a daemon." Benjamin smiled calmly. Nikki was stunned, even though she knew alot,she knew she didnt know as much as her father, but she soon realized one way to prove she was a daemon. "Alright, ask me something only you, and you only know." she smiled back. "hmm.." i thought. Then it hit him and he turned towards her once again. "Alright my dear, what is dust and where does it come from?" He challenged. Brackenthorn gasped "Benjamin! She is just a child, she doesnt know..." But Benjamin cut him off...letting Nikki respond. This question nobody knew, only the most lucky did. "Dust, is the bond made to create the bond between a daemon and a human or immortal. The particles, create the apperance of those, and is known as the northern lights to the humans, but to us daemons, gaurdians, and warriors..it is our bond. It comes from diffrent universes, creating other immortals and people whom live." Nikki finished. Benjamin was highly impressed and he smiled brightly. "Why...She knows more than any other young immortal!! How brilliant is that! You are most certainly correct!" He congragulated her. Brackenthor, with his eyes wide open, stared at her. She blushed, but she felt glad to know alot. But before she could say anymore, there was a cry of fear outside the castle walls. And the garudians darted out. Brackenthorn looked terrified and looked at Benjamin whom grew infurated and ran out with his daemon. "whats going on?!" Nikki asked running by her daemons side..When she reached outside, there was a blody war with the daemon warriors and gaurdians. "Velknar!" Brackenthorn Hissed and ran to get closer, Reader, the only things Dagwood has for enimes was Warriors. They were the killers and fighters of this world and will do anything to destory their world and be the only rulers. Nikki could see A brown haired guy looking towards Benjamin. "Is he the leader?" She quaked with fear. "Yes he is, that is William Blomquvist, the ruler of them all.." Brackenthorn caught one of the warriors by the throat with his teeth and suffocated him. When Benjamin walked right in front of William everyone stopped and looked to see what they were going to do next. "William Blomquivist, what and who gave you the permisson to come onto my land?" Benjamin Glowered. William chuckled darkly. "No one brother, no one at all, consider this a surprize." He laughed. "You know you were banned from here, and you are feard everyone shows you no kindess, what makes you want to come here?!" he snapped. William scanned the immortals. "i sense someone here with great knowledge." He spoke. Brackenthorn knew it was Nikki and he hissed and leaped at William and tried to bite him. William doged him. "Well now, what have we got here? A young daemon?" He grimaced looking towards Nikki. "Dont you touch her, or i swear i will kill you." Brackenthorn threatned. Ignoring him William started advancing towards Nikki. "Well now my sweet, what is your name?" He asked with full threat in his tone. Nikki was panicking "Nikki, Nikki Blacknest." She manged to choke the words out. "Blacknest!! Like Adolphus Blacknest?!" he gasped. "Yes I am his daughter." "Oh my god! Brother you have never told me you have an advanced daemon! Why, you must let me have her." William sarcazingly bragged putting his arm around her. Brackenthorn went to leap at William but was tied down. "Run Nikki! Run!" Snarled Brackenthorn struggling. Nikki was to scared to think of what to do..Benjamin was
