"Mother, Mother!" Kioni yelled as she ran to her mother, Adesh following. "Mother! We have the best news!" Kioni said and slid to a hult near her mother.

"What is it Kioni?!" Sonya asked and looked at the two wolves. Adesh was slightly bigger then Kioni beacuse he was Bayne. She looked at the two then realised what they wanted to tell her. She smiled.

"Your a grandmother!" Kioni said and nuzzled her mom. They were happy, but Kioni saw a tear roll down her cheek. What was it? This was not a happy cry, it was sad. What was wrong? "What is it?" Kioni asked and looked at her mother worried.

"Follow me..." Sonya said and walked out to Ahanu and her den. Kioni looked at Adesh, Puzzled. "Kioni. I'm sorry that you had to hear this," Sonya stated, "But your father is very sick, and his healing is beyond our power." Sonya said as she tried to hold back her tears from the news of her mate that still stung her badly.

"He can't... NO!" Kioni said and looked inside the den. Inside, on the floor lay her father. He was coughing badly and he could barely open his mouth to speak.

"Kioni," He said in his deep, scratchy, voice. "My daughter, my sweetheart." Ahanu looked at his daughter and smiled the best he could. "I am sorry, I wish I could stay longer, but, it is my time now." Ahanu lifted his head slightly.

"Dad!" Kioni said. "I will miss you so much!" Kioni snuffed and looked at her father. "My last words for you to here father, is that..." Kioni felt a pain in her stomack. It was hurting her badly. She knew that this pain was the thougth of her father dieing. She tried to shake it, but couldn't. "Your... your a grandpa." Kioni said jurking her head, trying to shake away the tears.

"Oh Kioni, My darling. Even though I am not there in person to see my grandchildren. I Will still be looking down form above. I Will miss you." Ahanu looked to the door, his eyes squinting as they watched Adesh enter. "My son. My boy. Even though I have only known you for a few months, it seemed like forever. I will miss you both." Ahanu layed down his head and closed his eyes. "Kioni..." he struggled, "Adesh..." he could barely talk, "Goodbye, my Alpha's." He smiled and then, he was gone.

"Dad! No!" Kioni said and a tear dropped on Ahanu's soft fur. Kioni ran out, tears soaking in her fur. She ran into her den and lyed down next to the wall, her back facing the entrence.

"Kioni, Kioni!" Adesh yelled and chased after his mate. "Kioni, things happen!" Adesh yelled and walked into the cave, "Kioni, I am sorry. Kioni. He is still here." Adesh looked at Kioni as she turned around, "In your heart." Adesh said and nuzzled his crying mate.

Kioni stoped crying some, "Adesh, I will miss him dearly!" Kioni spoke and Adesh licked the tears off her soft fur. She smiled, "At least I have you!" She nuzzled him.

"Now, Kioni, we need to head to the center of the pack, we are becoming the Alpha's today." Adesh said and walked out of the den with his mate. They came to see Sonya standing outside the den.

"Come on you two. We need to start the ceremony!" Sonya said and ran to the center, Adesh and Kioni following.

Ceremony has started

"Today we are here to start the new Alpha couple into the new places." Sonya spoke, standing on a high rock above the crowd of canines. "Kioni, the daughter of Ahanu and myself, please come forward." Kioni walked up to the rock and stood next her mother. "Adesh, mate of Kioni, please come forward." Adesh walked up and stood next to Kioni. "Kioni and Adesh, do you two accept the coming of the new Alpha's, you two?"

"Yes." Kioni spoke and stood proud infront of the crowd.

"Yes." Adesh said after his mate.

"Well then, you two are the New Alpha's!" Sonya said and the two were then the new alpha's. Kioni looked at Adesh and smiled. Then Sonya spoke once more. "I almost forgot! There is also another thing we must discuss! Kioni and Adesh are expecting pups!" Sonya cried out into the pack and the pack howled and yipped loudly with happiness.

After the Ceremony in the Alpha's den

"Kioni, I love you so much. Our pups with be the greatest!" Adesh smiled and huddled close to his mate. Kioni closed her eyes. She imagened herself playing with the pups and also controling the pack. She was happy to be a Alpha and a Mother to be.

"Adesh, It's getting late, I need to rest, I am going to sleep." Kioni said as she nuzzled him.

"Allright my love, see you in the morning." Adesh said and fell asleep next to his mate he so much loved. He smiled as he though of the pups. As he drifted off to sleep he had a sudden jolt that awoke him, he was dreaming that something was wrong, that Kioni was in danger, but he woke up to see his beloved breathing calm in a ball next to him.

The next morning

Kioni got up and walked out of the den to not see Adesh anywhere. He must be out hunting She thought to herself. She walked to her mothers den to say hello, she stepped inside and saw her in the den by herself.

"Mother?" Kioni asked as she thought she was still asleep. Sonya looked up with meat in her mouth, she was eatting breakfast.

"Kioni, Hello Daughter, so how are you feeling?" Sonya asked and ate the last bit of meat.

"Ok. I am hungrey, I think Adesh went out to get a meal for us. After all, I am feeding more then just myself from now on." She looked at her stomak and smiled with delight in the thought of her carring the pups.

They heard pack members start to stur outside of the den. Kioni guessed it was Adesh and walked out. She came outside to see Adesh with another wolf standing next to him.

"Ah, Kioni, Please come here." Adesh said. Kioni walked up to her mate and examend the brown wolfdog. "She was found while I was out hunting I was about to kill a rabbit when she lept out of no where and attacked it." He said. "But she said she had no clue I was about to kill it and gave me the rabbit." Adesh continued. "I was planning on letting her in the pack, she has none and is very thin, I think she would do the pack good the way she caught the Rabbit." Adesh looked at her and she blushed.

"Huh. I see. Well If you think so Adesh, I would say that would be a great idea." Kioni stated and looked at her. "Does she have a name?"

"Alta." The female said and looked at Kioni challengingly.

"Alright then, we shall think of a rank for you, please, get aquanted while we decide." Kioni said and walked away, Adesh following as he picked up the rabbit. They walked into the den.

"Hungry Love?" Adesh asked and gave the rabbit to Kioni. "So what rank do you think she should go into?" Adesh said and looked at Kioni.

"How about a Outcast." Kioni snapped.

"What? I thought you wanted her in the pack?" Adesh was starteled.

"I did, until she showed a challengen to me. She looked at me as if she wanted to be Alpha Female, Not me." Kioni growled and ate a chunk of the rabbit.

"Kioni, I also noticed she was acting quite strange around me. Like, she was in love with me." Adesh said. "But we can not take her out of the pack now, she just was let in." Adesh said.

ALTA

Alta approched a full gray Male wolf, stanting by some trees. She was attracted to him in a strange way. 'He'll have to do until I get the Alpha male, Adesh!' Alta thought to herself.

"Well hello Boy." Alta said as she walked up to him. He grinned and smiled ear-to-ear. "Well, Im new here and... I was wondering if your could show me around and such..." Alta smiled.

"S...sure, any...anything f...f...for y...y...you" He stutered. "Wh...what's your n...name" He asked in a daze.

"Alta." She said. and smiled, "what's yours?"

"James." He said finally snapping out of it.

They chatted for a while the James told Alta he would ask Adesh and Kioni what rank they had planned for her. He was Delta and he was hopeing she would be Delta female.

KIONI AND ADESH

"Well James, You two seem to be quite fond of eachother... What about Delta Female?" Adesh said and grinned as James yelled out "Thank You Thank You!" He ran up to Alta and told her the news.
