"Are you still a pup"? Bear asked.

"No! im a adult"! Then I relived. I was about a head smaller than Sunshine and her brothers. "Uhh family is very short". I lied.

"Oh". Thunder said ."Were are you from"?

"The other side of the forest. But we were on a hunt and I cant find them. I dont want to got back though. They were mean". I lied again. I had to make them think I was a wolf. I heard Dukes stories of what happens to dogs in a wolf pack. And I dont want that to happen to me.

"Are you a good hunter"? Sunshine asked cocking her head to the side.

"Not really. What up with all the questions"?

"Just wondering. Dont worry . One-Eye can teach you more about hunting".

"One-eye"? I asked.

"Shes the best". Bear stated.

"Ok then".

"We`ll show you around. C`mon".

"Looks like the pups and Dokota are getting along. Don`t you think One-Eye"?

"I agree". I answered as I watched the betas show the small black wolf around.

"I wonder what was wrong with her"?Pine thought aloud. I closed my good eye and thought. What was wrong with her?Maybe she passed out from being hungery? But why didnt she catch her own food? Were was she from?

"One-Eye", Sky whispered. I opened my eye.

"Yes Sky"?

"Do you think that Thunder will fall in love with her? Do you think she could be a new Alpha of the pack"?

"I dont even think she should be in our pack and you want her to be our next alpha"? Pine accused.

       Intead of thinking if Thunder will fall in love with her I thought about  how that should of been me. When I  had two eyes. When I was the beta of the rival pack destened to marry Berry. But a bear entered our territory the day before the wedding. Then I was named Diamond. The bear destroyed my packs home. So we fought him. I was  I perfect wolf then , the best hunter, and best fighter. I jumped up to hit his face when he swinged he claw aross my face and knocked me down. In a wierd pose that did something to my eye. I was never the same again. Berry didnt love me anymore. No one did. So I ran away to here, were I pretended to born with a eye problem and was a lone wolf. So they wouldnt leave me for almost marrying there ememy. So I changed my name to One-eye.

"One-eye"! Sky shrieked.

"We will see what happens". I replyed.

"Annnnnnd thats the den. We sleep there. And other there is the sick and baby den. Were the pups are born and the sick wolves stay and get better". Sunshine explained. Thunder ran in and curled up in the corner of the sleeping den. Bear followed. "C'mon, I guess were going in".

 I crawled inside the large den. Leaves, flower petals, twigs,grass and bushes  smashed on the floor. Did they call this comfortable? I layed on it and curled up. It really wasnt that bad.

"Ok  lets go hunt". Sunshine said as she got up.

"Wait! But I dont know how to hu- I mean Im not that good and maybe you wolves hunt differently.How do you hunt"?

"Oh of course.One-eye!!" Thunder called. The half-blind wolf whipped her head around.

"What"!

"Can you teach Dokota how the Pine pack hunts"? Thunder asked while kicking rocks.

"Sure". One-eye gave me a wierd glare."This way". The sleek black wolf darted into the forest. I had no chocie but to fellow. I ran after her. Trees surrounded me once again. Soon I couldnt find her. I smelled her faintly. So I followed the scent. The forest became thicker with trees and undergrowth. Then smell suddenly vanished.

"One-eye!!" I hollered. "I lost I whispered

 I looked back. Of course Dokota didnt catch up. She smaller than a normal wolf, she not fast enough, her sense of smell is bad,she doesnt know how to hunt and shes doesnt seen sure of what she says. Suddenly I heard rusling in the bushes. OUt popped the mini black wolf .

"I found you"! Dokota exclaimed!

"I know who are". I whispered.

"What do ya mean"?

"Your a dog.And a phony.   How can you lie to our faces?"
