Jeremiah began "Admiral Johnson is a high ranked officer of the "Dogs of War" organization in the United States, they fight alongside humans during the human warfare and help in anyway they can to aid the American humans, and they also are what us dogs call “Canine United States” which is the same thing as the human United States, but instead it’s dogs rule the nation, and are also one of our allies and have provided us twice the army size against the Deathlocks. Aislinn McKenna is the leader of the "Celtic Family", they were our first ally back in ‘22. Anastas Santiago is the leader of our 3rd ally, the "Mi-Ha Mafia". Don Andorlinni is the leader of our 2nd ally, the "Roman Family", but he is pretty old and we expect him to pass anytime soon and would've never made the trip so he stayed in New York. Jack Dragon.... he is second in command of the Enforcer Family, he was going to come with us, but he stayed to help train my son, Antonio how to lead a Family since when I go, he will take charge of the Family. Akiva is the leader of the Jewish Assassin organization, the Judah Creed. He is the Chancellor of it. You know the Judah Creed right, Kodi? There those guys in the white robes who jump around like Ninjas or something. There are so many secrets about the Judah Creed though, in fact I hardly know how they govern the thing!"

Jeremiah was about to say the last one, but he blushed and chuckled a bit. "Ok... the last one is Bridgette Etzel, she - she used to be our enemy, but one day abandon her territory in Fort Lee, New Jersey and came to me and her and her entire family have sworn to our allegiance. Soon after she and I - became mates and had Toni and 2 daughters."

"You guys have a lot of allies, how are the Deathlocks such a threat?" Kodi asked.

"The Deathlocks have the most land then any Family or Mafia in the world, they are in every continent. Therefore have much more allies than us, however we practically own Europe thanks to my brother Shawn in Dublin, Ireland. He is the leader of the Enforcers in Europe and there is hardly any Deathlocks in Europe anymore, but the Deathlocks have allies in every continent, especially with China, Japan, and the Soviet Union. And that's why the Deathlocks are here, to send a call to those 3 countries and then North America will be lost to the Deathlocks and their allies." Jeremiah said explaining the real threat to the Deathlock invasion.

"Um, Jerry... I don't mean to interrupt your little teaching session, but we should get you to the Lookout and get your suit on for the meeting." Lil' B said interrupting Jeremiah and Kodi before Kodi asked another question, even though he wasn't going to anyway.

"Yeah... I can get carried away sometimes, let's get out’ a here..... SPRINGFIELD, TAKE CHARGE!!!" Jeremiah called.

"I gotta go" Kodi said "I gotta go… uh - hang with my friends"

"Ok man, see ya" Medic said.

Charlie 7 and Jeremiah Malinn left to go get ready for the meeting, while Kodi went to find Kirby, Ralph and Dusty.

Kodi just had to get out of there. Dusty came into mind again. When Kodi thought of it... seeing Dusty again... every time... Every time he sees her, his feeling gets more intense. Kodi was beginning to realize... he was beginning to fall in love... with Dusty.

Kodi leaned onto a tree a was now thinking that he really is in love her, he is in love with Dusty, but yet again, Kodi will deny it.

"I'm not... I can't... is this what my father felt with my mother? I've never felt this before... it's no cramp, I have ran more than most dogs will do in a life time and all I did was walk only few thousand feet... this is no cramp, and no nausea either. Is - is this love? No, I can't be in love with Dusty, she disserves way better than me. I can't be love with her, especially not during the Deathlock Invasion... but maybe that's why I am.... NO, I can't be in love with her!" Kodi said with his head on the tree in confusion.

Kodi began to walk back to Nome with the thought of Dusty still swarming his mind. "But then again...?"

Chapter 22: The Meeting of the Plan

In the Boiler Room of the old Gold Mine, some Enforcers have set a fairly large table underneath a simple light for the meeting with the Enforcer officials and the Nome officials to discuss the battle plan.

Right now, the only dogs who were in the Boiler Room were Enforcer (and allies) guards at ease who on their hind legs with rifles to their shoulders. Two on each side of the front door, 4 on each corner of the Boiler Room, and 1 on each back door.

The first to arrive for the meeting is Doc, Chief executer of Nome's counsel. He walked in and figured that he should wait for at least an Enforcer official to show up.

Then Paulie Petty came in his suit and red tie, but looked exhausted from making the plan he came up with after planning all last night.

Doc looked to Paulie, "Ah, you must Mr. Petty, you are 2nd in command, yes?"

"Yeah... yeah, I am." Paulie said trying to wake up.

Paulie wobbled over to the far side of the rectangle table next to the center seat where Jerry would sit.

Since Doc was the head of Nome's canine counsel, he figured he will be in the center seat of the door-side of the table. So he took his seat awaiting the rest of both consuls to arrive.

Next was Dipsy and Mel and of coarse mel is worring about something. "What if this 'plan' fails, what if the Enforcers are mean to us, what is..."

"Mel... shut up!" Dipsy yelled and took their seats next to Doc.

Then Aislinn McKenna, leader of the Celtic Family, and pure bread Irish Wolfhound along with a pure bread Cimarron Uruguayo named Anastas Santiago, leader of the Mi-Ha Mafia. Anastas took his seat next to Paulie and Aislinn took his seat 3 seats away on the other side of Paulie. next to Paulie sits Jeremiah since it's the center seat of that side and next to that is Jack Dragon's seat, but he's still in New York.

The next to arrive is a pure bread Canaan Dog in a black hooded robe being escorted by 2 white robed Assassins. This dog was the leader of the Jewish group of assassins, the Judah Creed. His name is Akiva Laden, he is a very mysterious leader however. He took his seat next to Anastas, and the Assassins that escorted him left to have their own fun.

Next was Morris, the telegraph of the city and took his seat next to Doc.

Then finally Jeremiah arrived with Charlie 7. "Sorry I'm so late, tough traffic in those woods." he said.

Medic and Sarge told the rest of Charlie 7 to go hang out somewhere and they'll catch up later. Medic and Sarge stayed for the meeting since they are the temperary Police dogs of the city.

One chair in Nome's consul was still empty, their missing Balto.

Suddenly all of them heard, except for Paulie who's 1/2 asleep, heard Balto coming, telling Muk and Luk to leave him alone.

"Guys, I need to attend a meeting!!!" he yelled trying to get away from the annoying bears to attend this important meeting. He saw the Enforcer guards at the door way. He ran up to them...

"Guys help me out here!" Balto called.

The guards left their post and stopped Muk and Luk.

"Guys... bears... were going to have to ask you to leave" said one of them getting his gun ready just in case.

Muk and Luk eventually did leave.

"Sorry I'm so late, stupid bears would not go away." Balto exclaimed.

"Ok this meeting can finally proceed... GURADS... PARTOL THE AREA, NO ONE CAN BE NEAR THIS BUILDING WITHOUT THE PROPER AUTHERIZATION!!!" Jeremiah called.

Jeremiah began once again. "Ok... as you know, my name is Jeremiah Gobnet Malinn, these are my Enforcer consul. You remember Paulie Cassair Petty? This is Aislinn McKenna, he is leader of Celtic Family. And next to him is Anastas Santiago, leader of the Mi-Ha Mafia. And to my other side Akiva Laden, leader of the assassins of the Judah Creed".

Akiva lifted his head from his black hood so the Nome officials can see hs dark brown eyes. All he did was nod to them, he hardly ever talks to anyone that's not in the Creed.

Jeremiah began again: "Next to him is Admiral Johnson, highly ranked officer of the United States Dog of War organization. Paulie? You know more about the plan than I do, you may proceed.

"Huh.... oh the plan, right" he said still 1/2 sleep from staying up all night making this plan.

Paulie began to announce the Enforcer plan: "We have already started the first phase, setting up traps in the woods in between here and Valley Field. Valley Field is where we plan the battle will commence."

"Our patrols have spotted like an abandon village to the south of the field, any idea what it is you guys?" Paulie asked to the Nome consul.

"Yes, it was a farm and a saw mill for Nome but it was abandon since the Diphtheria epidemic" Dipsy said.

"Ok... we were planning to make an ambush there, no drought the Deathlocks will try to find a way around the battle and into Nome. And at the old trawlers, which I’m pretty sure, you, Balto lives in one will be sniper areas You don't mind right Balto?"

"Just make sure Boris isn't there" Balto said.

"Ok... And we will have a defense line at the edge of the woods, the Deathlocks are mainly after Nome, so they'll try their hardest to burn it. Now for the battle plan..."

Doc then interrupted: "Wait... what about the humans? Of coarse they'll suspect something hearing snipers at the trawlers going off,
