I agree with DT, Jack. Sorry dude, but my own parents got divorced when I was in 2nd grade, and I live only with my father. And rarley ever see my mother. And a little tip, from personal expericance: if your going to say your opinion, study the opposing side to one angle to the other. That's what I am currently doing with the Kodi/Kirby rumor, and for political reasons that I shouldn't say more. Comedy and writing, same thing, do you expect comidians like Dane Cook, Gabriel Iglasus, Dave Chepple (Sp.) spend 11 minuets planning their jokes? All I'm saying here Jack, you've got a lot of work to do if want to actually call yourself a comedian. Believe me, I used to do stand up until I grew out of it.

Also I dont think just for DT using his first amendment right about your rather crude fan fic, makes you lose your respect. That doesn't make sence. How can you expect more from someone while there asking questions? More questions and opinions the better, they make you better. let's say if you were running for President or Prime Minister since your from Canada. Do you expect people to NOT ask you questions, debate you or even stand agaisnt you?

And yes, I know the world isnt full of ranbows, trust me, I'm the one investing in gold and real estate from America's (censored) economy, and buying guns preparing for future wars. But there are certain things that can be prevented, such as this topic. And for the record, for puting divorce into humor, this fic did offend me...

I'm well aware that the writing world isn't all pleasant things, but divorce is nothing to joke about. You have a lot of potential as a writer if you direct it, I think, and writing something this cheap for some quick giggles is only cheating yourself and your readers.

DT: It was my first fanfic, and it wasn't meant to offend anyone. I'm sorry if it did, but the writing world isn't all rainbows and daisies you have to deal with stuff like this. Your comment shattered any remaining respect I had for you, and I expected more from a brilliant writer like yourself. The reason I wrote this fanfic was to express my opinion that Kodi and Dusty would not make a good couple. I express the best way I could; comedy. Well, speaking as apparently the only one here who knows what a broken family is, I will try to put this gently.
Your characters are their counterparts in name only, the story makes light of something that ruins lives every day, and sometimes ends them, and by the writing quality it could have taken ten minutes max. If this story were a puddle, it would be so shallow I could step in it barefoot and not get my feet wet.

Come on, Jack, you can do way better than this.
