"Jakita! Jakita! Come quick, your mother is in pain!" Balto exclaimed

"What wrong with her dad?" Jakita worried

"She's at the vets but she wont wake up. I don't know why." Balto responded

"Lets go, come on Tala you wanna come too?" Jakita asked

"OK, come on." Tala said

they ran into Nome but as there wasn't enough going on, the sled dogs from a team thats having a break now walks over to them, "Hey hibrids! What are you doing here this town is for dogs only!" they laugh

Jakita growls at them. then Balto walks in front of him and tells him to just keep going and ignore them. they walk away while hearing the sled dogs laugh at them.

they reach the vets office and see Jenna on the table. Balto runs inside to try and wake her up. Jakita grabs his dads scruff on his neck to try and hold him back. Balto breaks free and runs to Jenna. he licks her face and then he looks at Jakita and Tala. one of his ears go down, like it sometimes does. Balto starts to feel weak. he falls down next to Jenna and blacksout too. Jakita yells, "Dad, mom, please wake up!"

Tala blocks the doorway so he cant go in and blackout too. Tala says to her mate, "We have to save them, lets go under the vets office so we can hear whats wrong with them."

they run under the vets office the perk their ears up to listen to the humans. they can hear the vet talking to Jenna's humans and the vet was saying, "There is a toxic liquid in the air that only dogs can smell. This toxic makes them blackout. But I know where we can find the cure, it's in White Mountain."

they see a note fall through the floor boards that is to What Mountain and it says: Dear vet at White Mountain, the dogs here are all sick and we don't have a cure. can you send some over some how and really fast please I don't know how long the dogs will have to live. Thanks. From the vet at Nome.  the wolves dash out of under the office with the note in Jakita's mouth and they run to Boris. Jakita calles his name, "Uncle Boris! Uncle Boris! Do you know they way to White Mountain? Mom and Dad's in pain we need to find the cure there."

Boris waddled off the beached boat Balto and he live on and ran to Jakita and Tala. Boris said, "I know they way to White Mountain, once I got trapped in an air plain and I was stuck over at White Mountain. But I manadged to get home thanks to my bravory and wizedom." Boris said as he showed off to them.

"Good, so then can you show us the way there?" Tala asked

"Of course anything to help Balto and Jenna."Boris siad

"But I am NOT walking, I'm very tired today so can someone  give me a lift and I'll point out the way." Boris said with a smile

"Sure thing Uncle Boris." Jakita said with a little laugh

Boris got on Jakita's back and told them where to go. It seemed like forever untill they finnaly got to the town. they passed a sign that said: Welcome to White Mountain.

"OK, heres the town." Tala said

they ran up to the vets office and when the vet opened the door Tala gave him a note that she got from the other vet in Nomes office. the vet read the note and nodded. he walked into the backroom and came out with a cure for the dogs. he grabbed some rope and tied it around the cure and then he put it around Jakita's neck. he patted them all on the head and said, "Good luck my friends."

they ran back to Nome as fas as they could. Tala said she would hold the cure for now because Jakita was getting very tired. they dshed to Nome but just then Jakita's paw got stuck in a root whole. when he pulled his paw out he couldn't walk on it. for him, in the wild, a broken paw usally meant that he would die. but he didn't give up, not untill the cure was brought to Nome. Tala started to pant so Jakita took the cure again (the cure was really heavy by the way). they walked so Jakita could keep up.

when they got to Nome Jakita scratched on the vets door with his good paw and put the cure down in front of him. the vet smiled and thanked Jakita, Tala, and Boris for what they have done. he took the cure and went inside. he gave all the sick dogs of Nome a little bit of the cure to drink and they were better again.

then Jakita couldn't stand up much longer, he fell to the ground and started to pant. the vet saw this and knew right away what was wrong with him. he picked Jakita up onto the table and fixed his broken paw. when he was done Jakita jumped off the table and ran on the porch where Tala, Boris, Balto, and Jenna all were. Jakita smiled back at the vet to try and show him how happy he was that he fixed his broken paw. then all the people that lived in Nome walked out and clapped for them. Jakita and Tala howled with joy. everyone called them heros for saving their dogs.

when it was time to go home Jakita and Tala said bye to Balto, Jenna and Boris. they headded for there pack when they heard the sled dogs come up to them and say, "Hey Hibrids, good job."
