I agree with Whispers in the Dark,there is no way Ralph would do that,maybe Kodi.Ralph loves Dusty

Whispers --> I just don't think he has the gumption to to what's needed unless there are two or three other dogs leading the way. A sizeable number of relationships run into trouble for that very reason; i.e. one or the other isn't pulling their share of the load (pardon the pun). So if Ralph is disinclined to do his share, it follows he would not make a good mate.

Anyway, Balto769... the story was okay. It should have been longer, and Ralph was definitely not like that in the movie. But still, it was pretty good.

I would have picked Kira as an antagonist, if not quite a villainess. And she could still add some interesting elements to a sequel.

Hmm. A few minor writing flaws here and there, but the plot wasn't so bad. I've been waiting for a fanfic that showed a rivalry between Kodi and Ralph, although I wish this one had been longer.
The one major character flaw I observed was that although I don't think Ralph would make a very good mate for Dusty or any other girl, neither do I think he would tend to become violent.
