It's a wonderful drawing. And I understand there will always be
certain fans who seem to have a penchant for imagining these twists to
an otherwise very legit and decent love story. But it would change
the situation entirely. And not for the better. One of the key
points of the story is the romance that Balto and Jenna share. It is
a vital element of the story. By placing Jenna into a negative,
bullying and dark relationship with Steele, and throwing in the
presumption that she would be cruel to the other members of Steele's
(later Balto's team), and to Balto himself, it utterly undermines the
story...and almost every aspect of it. |

yes, i tought about a totally diferent story, there wouldn't be a Rosie for Balto, but i think he would still be the hero in the end, but i'm not setting rules, it's just a twist ;v;
