Swapped
Swapped roles version.Shortly-Jenna is a wolfdog living in a wolf pack and teased for being half dog.Balto is a fierce pure wolf who has simpathy for her.Jenna does something heroic (haven't yet thought of what) and is accepted in the pack. They have pups, but Aleu looks more like a dog than a wolf and feels like she doesn't belong in the pack.Eventually she ends up in Nome having an owner.
