Haven't drawn this character since I won Cat and Draco's Wolf's Rain Remix contest^^ Here's his info:
Physical Description (Wolf Form): Mishak’s mother was a Shiba Inu X Wolf and his father was a pure wolf. Despite being 75% wolf, Mishak looks more like someone took a growth ray to a Shiba Inu. He has a stout body on long, thin legs with rather dainty feet. This makes him very quick and graceful. His thick body is powerful, and, with the right distance and speed, this hybrid has the ability to knock an adult bull moose off its feet. His face resembles that of a teddy bear; fuzzy and round. He has one blue eye and one gold eye with a tan patch over the blue eye. He has an awful habit of holding his tail up over his back; A disgraceful thing for a wolf to do.
Human form: Mishak isn’t very tall in his human form, but he’s muscular. He wears a long, tattered trench coat with a pair of deep olive, baggy cargo pants and a torn black shirt. He’s bald and his eyes are rather small with an excessive amount of folds and crows feet under them. This poor fellow doesn’t sleep much if at all. Worn and haggard, this guy is only 21, but he looks more like he’s 40. Mishak is a black man in his human form.
A Rough Puppyhood: Mishak was the last born in a litter of 3. His mother died giving birth to him. The remainder of his pack; the alpha male, Mishak’s aunt, 3 male wolves, and a young female pup from the year before; considered killing the oversized pup that caused his mother’s demise. But, since the pack was in danger of dying out, the alpha decided to let his freak of a son live. Mishak’s aunt nursed him and his siblings. As the pup grew more and more, he began taking on the characteristics of a dog. This disgraced the pack more. So, they began teasing him and acting cruelly towards him. Mishak did not fight back, for he feared his size and strength might injure someone or even kill them. So, he took the punishments in stride.
There was, however, one wolf who was kind to him; the female pup who was a little over a year older then him. She was the only wolf ever to show him kindness, and for this, he would forever love her.
The Life Changing Tragedy: One day, when Mishak was out in the woods searching for some bones with meat still on them (the pack wouldn’t let him eat, so the female wolf would hide meaty bones for him), a great explosion frightened him under a log. After a few moments of silence, another loud boom echoed throughout the forest. Then, a painful howl. Mishak’s pack was being attacked. He struggled out from under the log and ran up the knoll that overlooked their resting place. Fire was set everywhere. The alpha was dead. The other wolves scrambled for safety, getting picked off one by one by the hunter’s bullets. Mishak was frozen with fear. his friend caught his eye. She was limping towards him, pleading to come help her. One of her eyes was gone and she was bleeding from her mouth and left side. Mishak stood there, unable to move, and watched has a hunter came up behind his beloved, smash her in the skull with the butt of his rifle, then shoot her in the head. That’s when Mishak ran away. Confused and forever scarred, he ran and never looked back.
Mishak still has nightmares about the twisted event every single night. Rumors from the towns he wanders through tell of a crazed wolfdog who attacked and killed his entire pack, which just hurts him more and more. This poor, wandering outcast feels he could never trust, love or be loved ever again.
