Have you considered drawing fanart of the Silverwing series? I know it has nothing to do with Balto, but aside from certain differences in the lines themselves this reminds me very much of the way characters were rendered in that show.

As it pertains to Balto, I'd suggest making the muzzle longer and the ears smaller. Just my own input.

I'd offer a humble critique on the question of the ears, the muzzle, and the structural lines, but every time I offer something approaching either a critique, an opinion or an observation (even when I qualify it with a "no offense or rudeness intended"), I get bullied like crazy, and my posts mysteriously disappear. So while this is not meant to infer anything about you, Storms, or that you particularly would, I will simply say that there are some things that might, in theory, need attention for the sake of improving technique. I just am not the one who's ever allowed to point them out unless the posting is sopping over with happy smileys and abject deference from me. And I don't DO happy smileys (more than occasionally) and I NEVER do abject deference. To anyone.

No offense or insult intended towards you at all. Perhaps one of those who is immune to bullying as a result of any comments they might post will throw in and help out here.
