Nice Try
She started to sob,but looking into his eyes once more she didn't see honesty. She didn't see the warm, trustworthy Balto eyes she had come to love. She saw cold, menacing, lying steele eyes. The eyes she knew for too long to trust. "You're lying" Jenna suddenly accused. Steele gasped watching the reaction of the other dogs, his ego in jeopardy. Jenna knew she was right then, and confident of her statement she stood up "Steele is Lying" Not breaking a cutting glare she shot at steele as she limped past him. "nice try,steele" she thought. The other dogs glanced up at Steele not sure what to think or who to believe. He thought quickly"She just...needs a little time"He mumbled to everyone. As if to reassure himself that "who are they gonna believe, crazy jenna or me ? Yeah right Jenna, nice try"- Just a quickie of my favorite scene :3
