Scarlett
This is Oceana's sister, Scarlett. She can control fire, like the firebenders on Avatar: The Last Airbender. (no not lightning, I'm afraid...) She can be calm, too, but mostly has a hot-headed temper. She dislikes her calmer, sophisticated sister Oceana, and she hopes to someday beat her in a fight. (these things come to me as I'm typing this, so play along! ^.^)
