| O' Cap'n My Cap'n! |
As to why it was mysteriously deleted (when only either I or a mod can
do that, and I CERTAINLY didn't) remains unknown to me, and quite
befuddling. Especially since nobody PMed me to explain the deletion,
nor even posted to explain it. But I've come to expect that from
certain staff members...it's been going on like this for YEARS now.
An abiding and disturbing prejudice against my comments and postings
which has no basis in reason or even common sense. At all. It's offensive, it's infuriating, and it makes me feel unwelcome, bullied and targeted. I've had to start backing up and screen shotting everything just so I can repost it whenever some idiot deletes my stuff for no apparent or logical reason. Files worth. And I shouldn't HAVE to...that's the real shame of it. At least ONE of those individuals, however, was recently and hopefully permanently stopped in their tracks, thank goodness. |

Wolf - well, I tried to link the scene here, but the only versions are
dubbed ones in foreign languages. The English ones seem to be
constantly deleted under some "rights" issue. But basically it has to
do with the samurai seeing falling cherry blossoms at the moment of
his death. Earlier in the movie, he described, to Tom Cruise's
character, a "perfect moment", and it was in a Zen garden with cherry
trees in full blossom. As the character dies in Tom Cruise's arms, he
observes the gently falling cherry blossoms and mutters "perfect". |

Mighty- Thank you^^ JC- No, I didn't take it the wrong way. You can't help it if it reminds you of something! But, that does seem pretty weird that a compliment with a state of mentioning of what the picture reminds you of would be deleted. Why does it particularly remind you of that scene? (I haven't seen it myself). |
JC- Ah, right. But that is without a doubt insincere deleting comments, especially if that was what you wrote. There's nothing against the rules there. Nothing that I'm offended by by any means, at all.
