Gender: Male
Description: Was an Animal that had stuff tested on him, his parents ended up dying from the cruel fate.
Only ONE of his siblings made it through the testing, her Name is "Caridee" and she also is deformed..
Tsactou's name came from the word "outcast" but only backwards. No one wants him, nor wants to be near him. When he was tested upon, he grew an extra limb, and an extra tail. His fur changed colors, and he is fragile, when his eye got scratched, it "puffed" up and became abnormally shaped, into a ROUND circle.. and he has a scar from it... the eye lost its color as well.. both his ears used to be standing up straight till one of the scientists shot a blue dye into his body, making that ear go limp, and hang.
