Steele gets his collar
So... what to say... Steele gets his beloved Golden Collar he dreamt of. Illustration for one of my upcoming fan fic.
First, there was no background, but then I decided to draw it quickly. Now, it seems Steele is famous and so on... terrible BG, but BG isn't important now. I like it. I think one of my best so far... but still room for improve. And I used the pen tool here. Not everywhere, but I like it.
