I'm not sure about the title because, to me, they don't look much alike outside of being canines. You did some good work, though. You have a great style.

Then, respectfully, we must agree to disagree. Except in that this person is quite the dandy artist. And that she is.

You never know. I myself, know that I don't have such a color..but I do have a lot of everything else.
And, this could be her *own* version of Aleu. Sometimes people make her a browner color, or give her traits that make her look more like one parent than the other. I think the darker color suits her xD

The size? No, not a terribly big deal, AD (though some might think so). But the color? For as good an artist as this person obviously is, I mean, come on! Is finding a slate gray pencil or crayon, or one with an actual light gray color of Aleu's type, really all that difficult? Really?

For the colors, true..but I think one does the best they can with the colored utensils they have available.
As for size, I dunno, I think it's possible Aleu would be larger..But it's not too important is it? O_o

To me, I think the picture is communicating the similarity in the markings. :3

She's supposed to resemble Balto, yes, AD, but not be a clone of him. She is more light gray than he is, and doesn't have the yellow sclera in her eyes that he has. As mentioned. Plus I don't know that she'd be larger than either her mother or grandmother...at least depending upon what age either is being portrayed at.

um..Guys? Isn't Aleu SUPPOSED to look "Balto-ish"? They did make an entire movie about that fact.

Anyway, I think this is a great drawing! Like Natti said, you are REALLY good at the Balto style, and yet you can make it all your own. x3

I must say that I do agree with JC about the bandana. I really like the way you drew this, though; you can pull off Balto style very well, yet with just a bit of your own twist! Nice work! ^^

I think Aleu is looking a bit too Balto-ish in color...and even the eye sclera which, on her, were white if memory serves. And would Jenna's mother also have a scarf just because Jenna did?
