Lobo's Lament
This a drawing inspired by the events between Ernest Thompson Seton and the last ever wolf he hunted named 'Lobo'.
The above drawing is based on Lobo's last night, Seton had recently shot his mate 'Blanca'.
In my opinion after Seton's time with Lobo was resolved, he soon became one of the greatest naturalists to ever live.

t/balto/img_screenshot/555.jpg Hmm have to admit I don't see the split likeness, but maybe it's because I drew Lobo here with quite shaggy looking fur and that can sometimes make a cartoon wolf appear older just as Nava has fairly long/shaggy fur as well Nonetheless cheers for the comment |
