New charater -- Charter
His name is Charter, and he'll have a page soon enough. He lives in New York City, on the streets.
He is a Siberian Husky/Jack Russel Terrier mix. I reduced his leg and tail length to fit the Terrier in him. I gave his the body structure of a Husky, and the ears of a Terrier. The fur around his mouth is a bit ruffled, like Dodger of Oliver and Company and Tramp from Lady and the Tramp. He has patches on his fur, just like a Terrier, eyes just like a Husky, and of course, a bandana around his neck.
