Happy ‘Belated’ Halloween

Heh heh, I originally intended to send in this drawing for Halloween night but, it's so like me to not finish in time! Anyways, you might of not noticed, I haven't been on BS as often as I use to. I can't find the time to get on that often because of school work. Plus, I am getting more interested in other things (on the internet) that don't have anything to do with Balto. Please don't take it seriously! I'll still try to send in art that I have yet to complete. (Ah! I'm so lazy!)
