Hogger Balto
Balto, like in my last, is in the hoggers (engineer) seat, running a 4-8-2 M1 class steam engine.
The M stands for Mountain and the Alleganies is where the reigned.
Balto hints a smile and a pant as he leads a pair of them while trying to maintain trackspeed.
