A future character, related to Steele. No, she is not completely black. I ran out of time when I had the outline, so I decided to just send this. I'm busy redesigning her anyways, so she wouldn't have a sensible coat anyways. She's an old character of mine, but she's difficult in ways that will be explained later. Anyways, this was done with MS Paint on a laptop so yes, it isn't that great.
