Always a Dog, but Never a Pup
My half of a trade with Artic Wolf.
She requested her character Kodi, who is depicted above. After reading through his bio, I decided to focus on the stage in his life where he was forced to grow up at a very young age in order to protect his siblings, and -as a result- tried to draw him around a younger body frame. Not sure if I accomplished that, but the drawing itself makes me very proud.
Also, I've been messing around a little with transparency, and hopefully this is transparent, but if not, I'll just have to re-upload it without it. Oh well.
Artic Wolf: the complete version with the background will be submitted to my image gallery, as I didn't, per say, draw the background.

EDIT: BOO! Transparency didn't work, of course, so I'll have to improv a little.....

Artic Wolf: I'm so glad! Like I said, I wanted to focus on his role as
protector of his siblings, even at a young age. When I drew it, I
actually gave him a background, and he was stalking something by
moonlight. That may help explain the scenario behind his frowny face.
