Netu revamp/reapperance

Netu was deactivated awhile back for not being Balto related and since He was one of my favorite characters I had on here I'm going to try and fix his balto relation problem~But I thought I would just post his new picture just to show he's coming back< 3
-Hope you all like~

P.S If any of you have any pointers for me on drawing paws it would be greatly appreciated...The are my absolutely down fall ._.,
