Steele wags a flag in his tail

Well I read this poem about this place wher animals go after they die called the rainbow bridge and I read another poem where on September 11th when all those people died, dogs on the rainbow bridge were being asingned to greet the people who had lost their lives. Well, at the end each dog was wagging an American flag in it's tail and when I was going to draw, I thought of that and decided to make Steele wagging the flag in his tail.
