| O' Cap'n My Cap'n! |
Ethnic restaurants in Nome. Suuuuuuure. Shall we discuss a list of restaurants that were commonplace in Nome? At least during the gold rush era (which wasn't too long before the serum run, when it comes right down to it)? I know I know...you're being ha ha funny. LOL I get it. |

Thanks guys. Balto isn't meant to be vicious in this as it is a direct
copy from the screenshot of the same quote so more cheeky really. He
is shiny though as he has been rolling around out back of Nome's top
Italian restaurant in a vat of used olive oil. This makes Balto faster
for the dog race and slippery so the other dogs can't get ahold of him
and slow him down as well as giving him a nice glossy coat. This back
fires on Balto when he slides off on the bend in a greased up mess
making him slide much further on the ice than a normal non-greased up
dog would. |

I don't see vicious at all. Ac didn't draw the muzzle to be furrowed,
which is the standard signal canines (even animated canines) give to
show that they are angry or in an aggressive mood). You're being
thrown off by the angle of the eyebrows, which are a standard feature
in the Balto characters (especially Balto himself), and the toothy
grin combined with those. You're thus mistaken in that
interpretation. I think it's a fantastic job, Ac! Balto looks a bit...shiny, but otherwise this is excellent! |
