Wolf Spirit in Steam
Thunder pierces the mountain valleys. A Texan (not Railwolfs Texas, only a difference of about 50 years in railroad AND boiler technology) Type 2-10-4 crawls upgrade with more freight from points east while a EB Passenger coasts downgrade in the middle of a clear full moon night.
A wolf howls on the cliff, being completely drowned out by the train, so Balto (in the smoke) lends a howl, while a dragon looks over the scene.
This shot combines 4 of my favorite things,
Railroads, Dragons, wolves...and of corse, Balto!
This took me about 8 hrs to draw, 6 where spent on the train.
